儿童福利机构工作人员心理健康与职业倦怠的相关研究

【摘要】:为了解儿童福利机构工作人员心理健康状况和职业倦怠现状,,进一步探讨心理健康与职业倦怠的关系。笔者选取云南省内的昆明市、玉溪市、红河州等11个地州市的506名儿童福利机构工作人员为研究对象,选用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)进行调查,并使用SPSS18.0软件对数据进行处理与分析。结果显示:①儿童福利机构工作人员在SCL-90躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性的得分与全国常模存在显著差异,儿童福利机构工作人员的心理健康水平总体上低于全国常模②儿童福利机构大部分工作人员存在职业倦怠状况,轻重度职业倦怠人数占总调查人数的95.8%③女性工作人员在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、精神病性六个因子分显著高于男性;躯体化程度随着年龄、职务、工龄的增加而增长;大专学历工作人员的躯体化症状最明显;90后工作人员的人际敏感、精神病性两个因子最高④男性工作人员在情绪衰竭、玩世不恭两个维度上高于女性工作人员;玩世不恭维度上普通职工高于临时聘用工作人员;本科及以上工作人员高于其它学历的工作人员;工龄越长其工作成就感越高⑤情绪衰竭、玩世不恭维度与心理健康各因子之间存在相关,情绪衰竭、玩世不恭对整体心理健康有良好的预测作用。由此可见,儿童福利机构工作人员心理健康和职业倦怠状况不容乐观,心理健康和职业倦怠存在内在联系,应加强对该人群心理健康水平和职业倦怠的关注,采取积极有效措施以改善其心理健康水平,降低职业倦怠程度。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the mental health status and job burnout of staff in child welfare institutions, the relationship between mental health and job burnout was discussed. The author selected 506 staff of child welfare institutions in 11 cities of Kunming, Yuxi and Honghe in Yunnan Province as subjects, and investigated with symptom Checklist (SCL-90) and Job Burnout scale (MBI-GS). And use SPSS18.0 software to process and analyze the data. The results showed that: (1) the scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia and psychosis of SCL-90 workers in child welfare institutions were significantly different from those of the national norm. The mental health level of the staff of the child welfare institution was lower than that of the national norm 2. Most of the staff of the child welfare institution had job burnout. The scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsion, depression, hostility, phobia and psychosis were significantly higher in 95.83 female workers than in men. The degree of somatization increased with the increase of age, position and length of service, and the somatization symptoms of the staff with college degree were the most obvious. The interpersonal sensitivity of post-90s staff, the highest two factors of psychosis four male staff in emotional exhaustion, two dimensions of cynicism are higher than female staff, cynicism dimension of ordinary staff is higher than temporary employment staff; Staff with undergraduate or higher degrees higher than those with other qualifications; The longer the length of service, the higher the sense of achievement 5 emotional exhaustion, cynicism dimension and mental health factors are related, emotional failure, cynicism has a good predictor of overall mental health. It can be seen that the mental health and job burnout of the staff of child welfare institutions are not optimistic, mental health and job burnout have internal relations, so we should pay more attention to the mental health level and job burnout of this group. Positive and effective measures should be taken to improve their mental health and reduce their job burnout.
