大学生对高校心理咨询的预想体验研究

【摘要】:随着我国实行改革开放和全面推动经济建设的展开,国民经济水平和物质生活得到了大幅度提升。国民开始将越来越多的注意力聚焦于精神生活层面,人们开始重视生活中的各种体验并倾向于将更多地精力和金钱用于维护和提升心理健康水平。同时全国的各大高校也在趋势的引领下加强对心理健康工作的重视,随着相关建设工作展开,如何有效的提升校内心理健康的工作水平已逐渐成为每年高校工作的重点之一,而心理咨询作为一种特殊的助人方式也作为高校心理健康工作的重要组成部分,自然也成为了越来越多人关注的焦点,而如何有效的提升高校心理咨询服务水平也成为了一代一代高校心理咨询从业者的使命和目标。而在当今体验浪潮的经济背景下,人们的关注点将不仅仅局限于商品或服务所提供的基础需求,还会对依附于产品和服务中的体验感有更高的要求。当消费结束后,这种体验感并不会随着消费过程的终结而消失,而是会长久的存在于消费者的记忆当中,并且影响着消费者的下一次消费行为。户体验研究正是在此类体验经济浪潮中应运而生的,用户体验研究更加关注的是用户的情感体验,用户在整个体验产品或服务过程中所获得的心理感受。在当下的高校心理咨询工作中,若想为学生提供更舒适、更有价值、更具功效的心理咨询服务,从用户体验的角度切入和分析现有高校心理咨询现状,并给出改进和优化心理咨询体验感的意见已是势在必行。而心理咨询作为一个特殊的助人服务有其独特的性质,该行业对心理咨询双方谈话内容的保密性有着极高的要求,因此针对心理咨询的用户体验研究就很难通过传统的用户研究方法来进行。本文通过学习和分析与用户体验相关的国内外研究,在充分了解了用户体验的定义与内涵、研究背景、研究发展脉络和相关研究理论及模型体系后,在预想体验、感官体验、行为体验和思考体验这四种用户体验的类型中选取了鲜有人关注的预想体验作为研究的切入点,借助Roto (2006)将用户体验的分成的三个构成部分:愉悦性(wow)、功能性和可用性(flow)及自豪感(show)作为参考,结合过往有关高校心理咨询求助动机、求助倾向、行为特点和咨询预期等方面的研究和结论,通过对将要预约和接受心理咨询帮助的高校学生进行深入的半结构化访谈,从信息获取渠道、愉悦性(wow)、功能性和可用性(flow)以及自豪感(show)四个方面深入、详细的挖掘被访谈者对高校心理咨询所产的预想体验。随后通过对访谈内容的分析和总结,并结合过往众多有关心理咨询的研究和数据,编写了《高校心理咨询预想体验调查问卷》并通过问卷调查的方式对湖北某高校内的280名大学生进行了调查研究。其后本文通过联系访谈内容、问卷调查数据并结合过往相关研究数据得出结论:大多数大学生对高校心理咨询所产生的预想体验仍有较大的提升和优化空间,虽在可用性体验层面上能对心理咨询的效用和功能持有一个相对客观和积极的态度和感受,并能从接受心理咨询的预想中体验到较为充足的价值感,但因受到社会文化背景影响、自身信念、对心理咨询了解不充足以及担心被人歧视等因素导致无法在自豪感和愉悦感上得到良好主观体验。最终本文根据已有研究结论结合自己在高校心理健康中心的工作经验、对用户体验和设计的研究心得以及从其他各方获取的反馈意见,从优化信息宣传、加强心理健康中心建设和提升高校心理咨询师素质三个方面提供了若干改进意见,以便为今后高校更有针对性的开展心理健康工作和全面优化高校心理咨询用户体验提供了具有可操作性的建议和措施。

People began to focus more and more attention on the spiritual life, and people began to focus on the experiences in life and tended to devote more energy and money to the maintenance and promotion of the level of mental health. At the same time, the major universities of the whole country also strengthen the importance of the mental health work under the guidance of the trend, and with the development of the related construction work, how to effectively improve the working level of the mental health of the school has become one of the key points of the work of the university every year, The psychological counseling, as a kind of special help, also serves as an important part of the mental health work of the university, and has also become the focus of more and more people's attention, How to effectively improve the service level of psychological consultation in colleges and universities has also become the mission and goal of a generation of university psychological counseling practitioners. In the current economic background, people's focus will not only be limited to the basic needs provided by the goods or services, but also have higher requirements for the experience feeling attached to the products and services. When the consumption is over, this experience does not disappear with the end of the consumption process, but it will be present in the consumer's memory for a long time, and affect the consumer's next consumption behavior. The research of the household experience is the emergence of such experience economy wave, the user experience research is more concerned with the user's emotional experience, and the user's psychological experience in the whole experience product or service process. In the current college psychological consultation work, to provide the students with more comfortable, more valuable and effective psychological consultation service, the present situation of the existing college psychological consultation is cut and analyzed from the perspective of the user experience, It is imperative to improve and optimize the experience of psychological consultation. The psychological counseling, as a special help service, has its unique character, and the industry has a very high requirement for the confidentiality of the conversation content of the two parties, so it is difficult to carry out the research on the user experience of the psychological consultation through the traditional user research method. By studying and analyzing the domestic and foreign research related to the user experience, this paper fully understands the definition and connotation of the user experience, the research background, the research and development context and the relevant research theory and the model system, and after the expected experience and the sensory experience, The four types of user experience of the behavior experience and the thinking experience have selected the expected experience of few people to pay attention to as the entry point of the study, and by means of Roto (2006), the three components of the user experience are divided into three components: Functional and usability (flow) and pride (show) as a reference, in combination with previous studies and conclusions on the motivation, the help tendency, the behavior characteristics and the consultation expectations of the college psychological counseling help. through an in-depth and semi-structured interview of college students to make appointments and receive psychological counseling, in-depth from the information acquisition channels, the wow, the functionality and availability (flow), and the sense of pride (show), The detailed excavation is the expected experience of the interviewee to the college psychological counseling. Then, through the analysis and summary of the interview content, and in combination with the previous research and data of the psychological consultation, the paper has written the questionnaire of the college psychological counseling and expected experience, and carried out the investigation and research on the 280 college students in a university in Hubei through the questionnaire. Then, through the contact interview, the data of the questionnaire and the relevant research data, it is concluded that most of the college students still have a great promotion and optimization space for the expected experience of the college psychological counseling. Although it can hold a relatively objective and positive attitude and feel to the utility and function of psychological consultation at the level of usability experience, it can experience a more abundant sense of value from the expectation of receiving the psychological consultation, but because of the influence of the social and cultural background and the self-belief, The lack of adequate knowledge of psychological counselling and the fear of human discrimination have led to the failure to get a good subjective experience on pride and pleasure. In the end, based on the research conclusion, this paper, based on the work experience of the university's mental health center, reviews the user's experience and design, and the feedback from other parties, and promotes the information from the optimization information. To strengthen the construction of the mental health center and improve the quality of the psychological consultant of the university, some suggestions and measures are provided to improve the psychological health work and to optimize the experience of the college psychological counseling user in the future.
