硕士研究生成功恐惧与成就动机、时间管理倾向的相关关系及干预研究

【摘要】:本研究结合国内当代硕士研究生的实际情况选用《硕士研究生成功恐惧量表》、《成就动机量表》、《青少年时间管理倾向量表》调查了当代硕士研究生在这3个方面的现状。并且对成功恐惧、成就动机和时间管理倾向的相关关系进行分析。在数据分析的基础上对硕士研究生成功恐惧开展OB干预实验。经研究得到如下结论: (1)硕士研究生成功恐惧、成就动机和时间管理倾向的现状: 硕士研究生存在成功恐惧的心理。其中,硕士研究生成功恐惧的性别差异显著,在其4个因子中人际恐惧和伴侣恐惧的性别差异显著;在年级上的差异显著,在其4个因子中人际恐惧和伴侣恐惧的差异显著;在专业上,伴侣恐惧因子差异显著。 硕士研究生的成就动机在总体情况上处于中等偏上的水平。硕士研究生成就动机在性别上的差异显著。男性硕士研究生成就动机与男性大学生常模相比的差异不显著。女性硕士研究生成就动机与女性大学生常模相比,女性硕士研究生的成就动机高于女性大学生常模并且差异显著。 硕士研究生时间管理倾向在总体上处于中等偏上的水平。硕士研究生时间管理倾向在性别和年级上的差异均不显著,在是否有过工作经历上差异显著,其中在时间价值感、时间监控感和时间管理倾向上达到了显著性水平。 (2)硕士研究生成功恐惧、成就动机和时间管理倾向的相关结果分析: 硕士研究生的成功恐惧与成就动机在某些维度上存在一定程度的相关关系,,硕士研究生的成功恐惧与时间管理倾向在某些维度上存在一定程度的相关关系,硕士研究生的成就动机与时间管理倾向在某些维度上存在一定程度的相关关系。 (3)OB训练干预结果: 实验组和对照组前测所得数据结果差异不显著;实验组前测、后测所得数据结果差异显著;对照组前测、后测所得数据结果差异不显著;实验组和对照组后测所得数据结果差异显著。说明此次干预对硕士研究生成功恐惧的改善效果显著。
[Abstract]:The present study, combined with the actual situation of master's postgraduates in China, selected the present situation of master's master's post-graduate students in these three aspects.
