捆绑和非捆绑特征干扰对ADHD儿童视觉客体工作记忆的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童及对照组儿童在捆绑和非捆绑特征干扰下视觉客体工作记忆的特点及其差异。方法:本研究实验主要采用单探测的变化检测范式,,根据美国精神疾病诊断和统计手册第4版(DSM-IV),对符合ADHD诊断标准的30名门诊患儿及年龄、性别相匹配的33名正常儿童,进行两组2(组别:ADHD组、正常组)×2(干扰类型:颜色干扰、形状干扰)的混合实验设计,因变量是干扰效应量。结果:在捆绑特征干扰任务中,组别主效应及组别与干扰类型的交互作用显著,ADHD儿童对形状特征的视觉客体工作记忆效应量显著高于正常组儿童;在非捆绑特征干扰任务中,组别主效应差异显著,组别与干扰类型的交互作用不显著。结论:(1)总体而言,ADHD儿童在视觉客体工作记忆方面存在缺陷;(2)捆绑特征会对ADHD儿童的视觉客体工作记忆造成影响,但这取决于干扰特征的类型;(3)非捆绑特征也会对ADHD儿童的视觉客体工作记忆造成影响,但不存在具体的干扰特征维度对其的影响,非捆绑特征干扰对ADHD儿童的影响存在一致性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the characteristics and differences of visual object working memory in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and control children under the interference of bundled and unbundled features. Methods: according to the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV), 30 out-patient children and their ages who met the diagnostic criteria of ADHD were investigated by using the single-detection paradigm of change detection in this study, according to the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (4th Edition). Three hundred and thirty-three normal children were randomly divided into two groups: group 2 (group ADHD, group normal) 脳 2 (interference type: color interference, shape interference). The dependent variable was the amount of interference effect. Results: in bundled feature interference task, the main effect of group and interaction between group and type of interference were significant. The working memory effect of visual object of ADHD children was significantly higher than that of normal group. In non-bundled feature interference task, the main effect of group was significantly different, and the interaction between group and interference type was not significant. Conclusion: (1) in general, ADHD children have defects in working memory of visual objects, (2) bundling features can affect the working memory of visual objects in ADHD children, but this depends on the type of interference features. (3) non-bundling features also affect the working memory of visual objects in ADHD children, but there is no specific interference feature dimension affecting them, and the influence of non-bundling features interference on ADHD children is consistent.
