雾霾和知觉压力加重疲劳感:来自生态瞬时评估的证据

【摘要】:目的:本研究考察日常生活情境中雾霾对疲劳感的动态影响,并检验日常生活中知觉压力的中介作用。方法:95名在校大学生通过生态瞬时评估(EMA)的方式,完成每天2次,持续14天针对雾霾、知觉压力和疲劳感的密集型追踪测量。结果:多层线性模型结果表明,在个体内水平,个体某一时刻经历的雾霾程度可以显著预测下一时刻的疲劳感(b_(10)=0.1505,SE=0.0189,P0.001);个体日常生活中的知觉压力在雾霾对疲劳感的动态影响中起中介作用。另外,在个体间水平,总体知觉压力显著中介总体经历的雾霾与总体疲劳感的关系。结论:日常生活情境中雾霾会加重个体之后的疲劳感。雾霾越严重,个体知觉压力越高,从而有更高的疲劳感。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the dynamic effect of haze on fatigue in daily life and to test the mediating effect of perceived stress in daily life. Methods: 95 college students performed intensive follow-up measurements of haze, perceived stress and fatigue by ecological instantaneous assessment of (EMA) twice a day for 14 days. Results: the results of multi-layer linear model showed that the degree of haze experienced at a certain time could significantly predict the fatigue at the next time (b10 = 0.1505, SE0.0189, P0.001) at the level of the individual, and the degree of fatigue at a certain time could be significantly predicted by the model (B10 = 0.1505, SE0.0189, P0.001). The perceptual stress in individual's daily life plays an intermediary role in the dynamic influence of haze on fatigue. In addition, at the interindividual level, the overall perceived pressure significantly mediates the relationship between haze and overall fatigue. Conclusion: haze can aggravate the fatigue of individual in daily life. The more severe the haze, the higher the perceived stress, resulting in higher fatigue.
