中国企业跨境并购回归真实合规性及理性发展的思考

【摘要】：正近年来,随着国家"一带一路"倡议和国际产能合作战略的加快推进,越来越多的中国企业选择以跨境并购方式寻求突破国内经济下行压力,到境外市场寻找新的商机,将国外先进技术、研发、销售渠道及品牌运营等引入中国市场,实现企业外延式增长,这无疑有益于中国经济结构的调整和转型升级。但近两年这种跨境并购行为出现了盲目、非理性发展的蔓延趋势,甚至部分企业以直接投资为包装向境外转移资产。外汇资本
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the national "Belt and Road" initiative and the international production cooperation strategy, more and more Chinese enterprises choose cross-border mergers and acquisitions to break through the downward pressure on the domestic economy and seek new business opportunities in the overseas market. The introduction of foreign advanced technology, R & D, sales channels and brand operation into the Chinese market will undoubtedly benefit the adjustment and upgrading of China's economic structure.
