【摘要】：正世界领袖从来不是自封的,而在于其是否成功推进新一轮全球化。如今,以已经开行2000多列的"中欧班列""亚欧班列"为例,在以轮船为中心的海权时代、以飞机为中心的空权时代之后,全球正在进入以高铁为中心的陆权时代。作为技术最全面、经验最丰富、资金最充裕的"全球基础设施建筑师",中国正在全速推进以"一带一路"为枢纽的"普惠包容型全球化",她必将在推动全球互联互通、满足各国共同需求、赢得世人广泛支持的过程中
