【摘要】:本研究以流动儿童的学校适应为主题展开调查,揭示流动儿童歧视知觉、心理弹性、学校适应的现状,剖析歧视知觉、心理弹性对学校适应的影响,以期为减少流动儿童的歧视知觉,提高心理弹性水平,提高流动儿童的学校适应提供有效指导。使用刘霞、申继亮自编的《个体歧视知觉量表》、Block和Kreman自编的《自我心理弹性量表》以及林文聪修订的《初中生学校适应量表》三个量表为研究工具对618名流动儿童进行施测,运用t检验、相关分析、结构方程模型等研究方法,探讨歧视知觉、心理弹性、学校适应三者之间的关系,发现歧视知觉和心理弹性对流动儿童的学校适应产生影响。研究结果表明:1.流动儿童歧视知觉处于中下水平,在性别和年级上无显著差异,在流动时间长短上存在显著差异。流动时间在一年以内的儿童其歧视知觉最高。2.流动儿童的心理弹性较好,在性别和流动时间上没有差异,仅在年级上存在差异。3.流动儿童的学校适应处于中等偏上水平。各维度均存在显著的年级差异,合宜行为和同伴关系两个维度存在显著的性别差异,在流动的时间上,仅同伴关系和师生关系两个维度存在显著差异。4.流动儿童歧视知觉、心理弹性、学校适应三者之间存在相关,歧视知觉与心理弹性之间呈显著负相关,与学校适应及各维度之间呈显著负相关,心理弹性与学校适应之间呈显著正相关。5.歧视知觉和心理弹性对学校适应有预测作用。6.心理弹性在歧视知觉与学校适应两者之间起着部分中介作用,说明歧视知觉可以直接影响学校适应,也可通过心理弹性这一中介变量间接地影响学校适应。
[Abstract]:In this study, the theme of school adaptation of migrant children was investigated to reveal the perception of discrimination, resilience, the current situation of school adaptation, analysis of discrimination perception, the impact of resilience on school adaptation. In order to reduce migrant children's discrimination perception, improve the level of psychological resilience and improve the school adaptation of migrant children to provide effective guidance. Using Liu Xia, Shen Jiliang self-compiled "individual discrimination perception scale". Block and Kreman's Self-resilience scale and Lin Wencong's revised School adaptation scale were used to measure 618 floating children. Using t-test, correlation analysis, structural equation model and other research methods, the relationship among discrimination perception, psychological elasticity and school adaptation is discussed. It was found that discrimination perception and psychological resilience had an impact on school adaptation of migrant children. The results showed that the discrimination perception of migrant children was at the middle and lower levels, and there was no significant difference in sex and grade. There is a significant difference in the length of flow time. Children with less than one year have the highest perception of discrimination. 2. The floating children have better psychological resilience, but there is no difference in gender and flow time. The school adaptation of floating children is at the middle and upper level. There are significant grade differences in each dimension, and significant gender differences exist in the appropriate behavior and peer relationship. 3. There are significant differences between the two dimensions of peer relationship and teacher-student relationship. 4. There is a correlation among migrant children's perception of discrimination, resilience and school adaptation. There was a significant negative correlation between discrimination perception and psychological resilience, and significant negative correlation between discrimination perception and school adaptation and between each dimension. There is a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience and school adaptation .5. discrimination perception and resilience predict school adaptation. 6. Resilience plays a part of intermediary role between discrimination perception and school adaptation. It shows that discrimination perception can directly affect school adaptation, but also indirectly affect school adaptation through the intermediary variable of psychological elasticity.
