生态伦理视野下的我国野生动物保护研究

【摘要】：野生动物的保护工作是最为典型的一种人与自然之间关系的体现,与此同时也是社会广泛关注的问题。提到野生动物保护,我们潜意识里的第一个问题是为什么要保护野生动物,以及怎样从生态伦理视野中找到野生动物保护的解决办法,这亦是一种关乎伦理道德的选择。野生动物保护从本质上看是一个伦理问题,我们思考野生动物保护可以站在一个全新的立场上看待这个问题,即从生态伦理的观念上进行切入。我国正在加强生态文明建设和创建环境友好型社会,在新的历史条件下,我们应该重视人与自然的关系,正确认识和处理野生动物保护的问题,提出并构建适合我国实际的野生动物伦理,激发起人们对野生动物保护的伦理意识,为我国野生动物保护提供理论支持。以使人们更加注重野生动物的保护,确立崭新的生态价值观来约束人类的不道德行为。也就是说,人与野生动物的发展是相互统一的,并且要求人类要和野生动物协同发展。这对于我国生态文明建设有着至关重要的意义,突显可持续发展的科学理念,为我们全面实现富强文明的“中国梦”添砖加瓦。在我国构建社会主义和谐社会、建设生态文明和实现“中国梦”的背景下,生态伦理为我国野生动物保护提供了伦理的支持。本文将从生态伦理的视角出发,充分了解野生动物保护中蕴含的生态伦理思想,结合当下我国野生动物保护的现状,分析野生动物保护中的生态伦理困境,最后提出保护我国野生动物的对策。本文的主体主要分为五部分,文中第二部分为第一章,这一章主要是对野生动物和生态伦理的概念界定,以及分析野生动物保护的生态伦理基础。第三部分是第二章,主要概述了我国野生动物保护的现状,存在的问题及原因。第四部分是第三章主要是针对第二章的问题提出相应的解决措施,提出适合我国野生动物保护的生态伦理原则和生态伦理观,坚持“可持续发展”的生态伦理观,推广“以价值平等为理念”的生态伦理观和树立“人与自然和谐相处”的生态伦理观。我们在面临严峻考验时,运用生态伦理的观念来武装我们的头脑,用正确的观念来指导人们的行为,促进人与自然和谐相处。
[Abstract]:Wildlife conservation is the most typical embodiment of the relationship between man and nature, and at the same time it is also a matter of widespread concern to society. The first question in our subconscious mind is why we need to protect wildlife, and how to find a solution to wildlife conservation from the perspective of ecological ethics. This is also an ethical choice. Wildlife conservation is essentially an ethical issue, and we think that wildlife conservation can be viewed from a completely new perspective. China is strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and creating an environment-friendly society. Under the new historical conditions, we should attach importance to the relationship between man and nature. To correctly understand and deal with the problem of wildlife protection, to put forward and construct wildlife ethics suitable for our country, to arouse people's ethical consciousness of wildlife protection. In order to make people pay more attention to the protection of wild animals and establish new ecological values to restrain human immoral behavior, that is to say, the development of human and wild animals is unified. And it requires the human beings to develop in coordination with wild animals. This is of vital significance to the construction of ecological civilization in China, and highlights the scientific concept of sustainable development. "Chinese Dream", who has contributed to the overall realization of a prosperous and strong civilization in our country. Under the background of building a harmonious socialist society, building an ecological civilization and realizing "Chinese Dream" in our country, Ecological ethics provides ethical support for the protection of wild animals in China. From the perspective of ecological ethics, this paper will fully understand the ecological ethics ideas contained in wildlife protection, and combine the current situation of wildlife protection in China. The main body of this paper is divided into five parts. The second part is the first chapter. This chapter mainly defines the concept of wildlife and ecological ethics, and analyzes the ecological ethical basis of wildlife protection. The third part is the second chapter, which summarizes the current situation of wildlife protection in China. Part 4th is the third chapter is to put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems in chapter two, and put forward the ecological ethics principles and ecological ethics view suitable for the protection of wild animals in China. Adhere to the ecological ethics view of "sustainable development", popularize the ecological ethics view of "value equality" and establish the ecological ethics view of "man and nature live in harmony". Using the concept of ecological ethics to arm our minds, with the correct concept to guide people's behavior, to promote harmony between man and nature.
