关于中日拒绝表达的考察

【摘要】:在生活中,总会遇到各种各样的事,需要人们去拒绝。有时,我们不想帮别人做一件事,但又不愿意弄僵和对方的关系。这种情况下,面对不同的请求对象,人们会采取什么样的拒绝策略,会运用怎样的拒绝措辞,拒绝对方时的客气程度如何,这些问题都很值得考察。对于中国的日语学习者来说,在理解日本人的拒绝表达上仍存有很多难点。在进行国际交流时,应当对日本人的拒绝表达进行整体思考,深入理解日本人在表达拒绝意图时的文化心理,才能在中日跨文化交流中消除误解,避免产生不必要的误会。本稿采用问卷调查的方式,依据调查对象与请求对象的亲疏关系与社会地位,设定了七个会话场景,分别以日语母语者和汉语母语者为对象展开调研。从不同场面采用的拒绝策略、语义公式的使用情况,以及拒绝时的客气程度等角度考察了中日两国"拒绝"表达存在的相同点及不同点,并对其产生原因加以分析,以此明确中日异文化交流的特征。本稿第一章绪论部分,介绍了本论文的研究背景、研究课题、研究方法以及研究意义。第二章综述了中日拒绝表达相关的先行研究,并分析了先行研究中的不足之处,提出本论文的研究方向。第三章综述了本论文的理论依据,主要从拒绝策略、语义公式、拒绝客气度这三方面开展论述。第四章是本稿的核心内容,说明了本论文所开展调查问卷的调查时期和方式、调查对象,调查内容和目的,并对调查数据展开分析,从拒绝策略和语义公式的使用频率、语义公式的使用个数、拒绝的客气度这三方面,比较分析了不同场面中日拒绝表达展现出的共同点和不同点。第五章为结论,总结本论文探讨的问题,提出今后的研究课题。根据分析结果得知,面对不同的请求对象,中日双方采用的拒绝策略和语义公式的使用频率有所不同,不同场景使用的语义公式个数也有较大差异,拒绝时的客气程度也与请求者的亲疏关系及社会地位息息相关。此外,拒绝时的客气程度也与语义公式的使用数量有关,总的来说,拒绝时越客气,使用的语义公式数量就越多。希望本论文的研究,有助于更好地理解中日双方的拒绝心理,促进中日交流的顺利进行。
[Abstract]:In life, there is always a variety of things that people have to refuse. Sometimes, we don't want to do one thing for others, but we don't want to stiffen our relationship with each other. In this case, we face different requests. The question of what kind of refusal strategy people will adopt, what kind of language they use, and how polite they are when they reject each other, are all worth examining. For Chinese Japanese learners, There are still many difficulties in understanding the Japanese refusal expression. In international communication, we should think about the Japanese refusal expression as a whole and have a deep understanding of the Japanese cultural psychology when expressing their refusal intention. In order to eliminate misunderstandings and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings in the cross-cultural exchanges between China and Japan, this draft adopts the method of questionnaire, according to the affinity and social status of the respondents and the requesting objects, and sets up seven conversational scenarios. Taking Japanese native speakers and Chinese native speakers as objects, respectively. From the different scenes adopted rejection strategy, the use of semantic formulas, From the point of view of the politeness of refusal, this paper examines the similarities and differences of the expression of "refusal" between China and Japan, and analyzes the reasons for it, so as to clarify the characteristics of the cultural exchanges between China and Japan. This paper introduces the research background, research topics, research methods and significance of this thesis. Chapter two summarizes the previous research related to the expression of refusal between China and Japan, and analyzes the shortcomings of the previous research. The third chapter summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper, mainly from three aspects: rejection strategy, semantic formula, refusal degree of politeness. Chapter 4th is the core content of this draft. This paper explains the survey period and method, the object, the content and the purpose of the questionnaire, and analyzes the survey data, including the frequency of rejection strategy and semantic formula, and the number of semantic formulas used. The three aspects of politeness of refusal are compared and analyzed in different scenes. Chapter 5th is the conclusion, summarizes the problems discussed in this paper, and puts forward the future research topics. In the face of different request objects, the rejection strategies and semantic formulas used by China and Japan are different in frequency, and the number of semantic formulas used in different scenarios is also different. The degree of politeness at the time of refusal is also closely related to the affinity and social status of the requester. In addition, the degree of politeness of the refusal is related to the number of semantic formulas used, and generally speaking, the more polite the refusal, the more polite it is. It is hoped that the research in this paper will help to better understand the rejection psychology between China and Japan and promote the smooth progress of Sino-Japanese communication.
