【摘要】：该翻译任务材料选自芭芭拉·卡顿所著的《项目管理过程：简明指导》(Project Management Simplified:A Step-by-Step Process),主要介绍了项目管理过程中从项目计划、项目预算、项目风险评估和应对方案制定到项目结束整个过程中的各项活动和注意事项。该书将项目管理视为一项生活技能,既能指导读者学习专业知识,也能指导读者工作和生活。翻译部分节选自该书的第一章、第二章和第十五章。第一章简单介绍了项目管理涉及事项;第二章以“露天木质平台”为例介绍了项目章程所含内容;第十五章是第三章至第十四章的简单概括,按照项目进展顺序再现了项目管理的整个过程。本翻译实践报告主要包括四部分:翻译任务描述、翻译过程、翻译案例分析和实践总结。第一部分翻译任务描述主要介绍了材料来源、作者和作品。第二部分翻译过程包括译前准备、译中难点和审读、润色、定稿。翻译前,译者通读原文了解原文的写作风格,查询资料确定文体类型并制定术语表;翻译难点主要有翻译过程中遇到的选词、理解等问题;初译后,在导师指导下,对译文进行审读、润色,最终形成定稿。第三部分,译者从翻译实践出发,从词汇和文体方面对翻译过程中遇到的问题,选定相应例句进行分析。第四部分实践总结是译者对此次翻译实践所学知识的心得总结。
[Abstract]:This translation task material is from the Project Management Simplified:A Step-by-Step process by Barbara Carton, which introduces the project planning, the project budget, the project management process. Activities and considerations throughout the project risk assessment and response programme development to the end of the project. The book views project management as a life skill that guides the reader in learning professional knowledge. The translation part is excerpted from the first chapter, the second chapter and the 15th chapter of the book. The first chapter briefly introduces the items involved in project management; The second chapter introduces the contents of the project articles with the example of "open-air wooden platform". Chapter 15th is a brief summary of chapters 3 to 14th. The whole process of project management is reproduced according to the progress of the project. This translation practice report mainly consists of four parts: translation task description, translation process, translation process. Translation case analysis and practice summary. The first part describes the source of the material, the author and the works. The second part of the translation process includes pre-translation preparation, translation difficulties and reading, finishing, finalizing. After reading the original text, the translator understands the writing style of the original text, inquires the materials to determine the stylistic type and formulates the glossary; the difficulties in translation mainly include the choice of words and understanding in the course of translation; after the first translation, the target text is examined under the guidance of his tutor. The third part deals with the problems encountered by the translator in the process of translation from the perspective of translation practice, lexical and stylistic aspects. The 4th part of practice summary is the translator's experience of the translation practice.
