安徽省体育舞蹈艺术招生考前培训机构现状的探究

【摘要】:体育舞蹈因其独特的健身价值、娱乐价值和交往价值,以及多样的舞蹈种类、风格和审美情趣深受人们的喜爱。在这一形势之下,安徽省体育舞蹈办学机构也得到了较快的发展,在招生规模和培训质量不断发展的同时,培训对象对机构也提出了更高的要求。本文以安徽省体育舞蹈艺术招生考前培训机构的发展现状为研究对象,在对参与艺术招生考前培训的学生、教师和机构负责人进行调查的基础上,分析存在的问题,并提出发展对策,旨在优化考前培训效果,推动体育舞蹈培训机构这一社会教育事业的可持续健康发展。本文以安徽省体育舞蹈艺术招生考前培训机构为研究对象,以机构中的教师、艺考生、负责人为调查对象运用访谈法、问卷调查法和文献资料法对安徽省体育舞蹈艺术招生考前培训机构现状进行综合评述。目前机构规范性管理制度不完善,缺乏统一的行业规范和管理标准,负责人也缺乏相关的管理知识和经验,造成了市场恶性竞争。机构规模较小,考生选择机构时存在误区;培训机构场地设施不完善,师资水平低;大多数机构只有基本的场地配置,教师执教年限和自身技术水平不高;在舞蹈创编、音乐编排、其它舞种和科研创新方面能力不足;缺乏有效的监督与沟通机制,培训机构申办过程中不规范,各个监管部门的审核标准和力度不高,并缺乏后续的监督管理;机构与机构之间因为竞争缺乏良性的沟通,导致优质资源不能共享无法达到互利共赢的效果。经以上研究调查得出的结果表明安徽省体育舞蹈艺术招生考前培训机构的问题所在,提出以下对策:(1)强化有序管理,提升管理层次、管理水平和管理绩效,完善管理制度;(2)整合体育舞蹈资源,帮扶小型机构扩大机构规模,开拓宣传路径加大宣传力度;(3)优化场地设施环境提高场地利用率,提升教师职业技能水平,加强教师综合能力。(4)加大监管力度,对机构的教学情况、场地设施、师资力量进行长期有效的监督,做好裁判、教师资格证的审查工作。实现规范化运营杜绝不合理收费或其他灰色现象。
[Abstract]:Sports dance is loved by people because of its unique fitness value, entertainment value and communication value, as well as the variety of dance types, styles and aesthetic tastes. The sports and dance schools in Anhui Province have also developed rapidly, with the enrollment scale and the quality of the training constantly developing at the same time. The training object also puts forward higher requirements to the organization. This paper takes the development of the sports dance art enrollment and training institutions in Anhui Province as the research object, and makes a study on the students who participate in the training before the art enrollment examination. On the basis of the investigation conducted by teachers and heads of institutions, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some development countermeasures in order to optimize the effect of pre-examination training. To promote the sustainable and healthy development of sports dance training institution as a social education. This paper takes Anhui Sports Dance Art enrollment training Institution as the research object, and takes teachers and art examinees in the institution as the research object. The person in charge used interview, questionnaire and literature to comprehensively comment on the present situation of Anhui sports dance art enrollment and training institutions before the examination. At present, the normative management system of the organization is not perfect. The lack of uniform industry norms and management standards, and the lack of relevant management knowledge and experience in responsible persons have resulted in vicious competition in the market. The scale of institutions is relatively small, and there are misunderstandings in the selection of institutions by examinees, and the venues and facilities of training institutions are not perfect. The level of teachers is low; most institutions have only basic site allocation, teachers' teaching years and their own technical level are not high; the ability in dance creation, music arrangement, other dance types and scientific research innovation is insufficient; lack of effective supervision and communication mechanism, During the application process of the training institutions, the standards and intensity of the examination and approval of the various regulatory authorities are not high, and they lack follow-up supervision and management. There is a lack of sound communication between the institutions and the institutions because of competition. As a result, the high-quality resources cannot be shared and can not achieve the effect of mutual benefit and win-win. The results obtained from the above research and investigation show that the problems of the training institutions in Anhui Province before the entrance examination of sports and dance art are found, and the following countermeasures are put forward as follows: 1) strengthening the orderly management. Improve the management level, management level and management performance, perfect the management system to improve the sports dance resources, help the small organizations to expand the scale of the organization, open up the propaganda path and increase the propaganda efforts. 3) optimize the site facilities environment and improve the site utilization ratio. Improve teachers' vocational skills, strengthen teachers' comprehensive ability. (4) strengthen supervision, conduct long-term and effective supervision over the teaching situation, facilities and teaching staff of institutions, and do a good job in adjudication, The examination of teacher qualification certificate. Realize standardized operation to eliminate unreasonable charge or other grey phenomenon.
