商务合作提案汉英翻译实践报告

【摘要】：随着全球经济贸易的一体化,国际间的商务往来日趋频繁,各种涉外合同、信函、商业宣传等日益增多,商务文本的翻译也变得越来越重要。在商务活动中,高质量的翻译作为沟通桥梁,在促进双方合作、提升企业和政府形象等方面扮演着至关重要的角色。因此,优秀的商务文本翻译对各项涉外经济活动来说非常必要。翻译目的论由德国语言学家和翻译家汉斯·弗米尔提出,为德国功能派翻译理论的核心。根据翻译目的论,翻译是一种有目的的行为活动,翻译行为的目的决定翻译过程和翻译策略。翻译目的论打破了等值翻译的局限,将翻译从源语的束缚中解放出来,提升了译者主体性。它以译文功能为取向,注重翻译的实用性,在商务文本翻译中有着广泛应用。本报告基于作者参与的"2016年中国发展高层论坛·山东之夜"相关资料的翻译项目完成,作者承担了山东省与六个跨国公司的合作提案的翻译任务。在翻译过程中,作者以翻译目的论为指导,顺利完成了全部翻译任务。报告讨论了目的论的三个原则(目的性原则、连贯性原则和忠实性原则)在商务合作提案汉译英中的具体运用,深入分析了作者依据三原则和具体语境采用的不同的翻译技巧和方法,如词类转换、语态变换、拆译、合译等,以期译文能达到交际目的,实现语内连贯和语际连贯。本报告共分为五章。第一章对翻译任务的背景信息、来源及翻译文本的特点作了简要介绍;第二章详细阐述了整个翻译过程;第三章介绍了国内学者提出的商务文本翻译的原则,并对目的论的概念、发展历程及其三个原则展开了深入探讨;第四章为报告的核心部分,为翻译目的论在商务合作提案中的具体应用。它从目的论的三个原则出发,以一些翻译实例为例证,分别论证了目的论三原则对作者翻译的指导作用,对每个原则下作者所采用的翻译技巧和策略,从词语、句子和逻辑层面进行了归纳分析;第五章对报告内容、翻译的心得体会进行了总结。
[Abstract]:With the integration of global economy and trade, international business exchanges become more and more frequent, various foreign contracts, letters, commercial propaganda, etc., the translation of business texts becomes more and more important. High-quality translation, as a bridge of communication, plays a vital role in promoting bilateral cooperation, enhancing corporate and government image, and so on. Good business text translation is essential for all kinds of foreign economic activities. Skopos theory, put forward by German linguist and translator Hans Vermeer, is the core of German functionalist translation theory. Translation is a purposeful activity, and the purpose of translation determines the process and strategy of translation. Skopos breaks the limitations of equivalent translation and liberates translation from the bondage of the source language. It takes the translation function as its orientation and emphasizes the practicability of translation. This report is based on the author's participation in the translation project of "China Development Forum Shandong Night 2016". In the process of translation, the author has successfully completed all translation tasks under the guidance of Skopos Theory. The report discusses three principles of Skopos Theory (Skopos principle). The application of coherence principle and faithfulness principle in C-E translation of business cooperation proposal is analyzed in detail. The different translation techniques and methods adopted by the author according to the three principles and specific context, such as part of speech conversion, voice transformation, and translation, are analyzed in depth. The present report is divided into five chapters. Chapter one gives a brief introduction to the background information, sources and features of the translation task. The second chapter elaborates the whole translation process in detail, the third chapter introduces the principles of business text translation proposed by domestic scholars, and probes into the concept, development and three principles of Skopos Theory. Chapter 4th is the core part of the report. Based on the three principles of Skopos Theory and some examples of translation, it demonstrates the guiding role of Skopos Theory in the translation of the author. The translation techniques and strategies adopted by the author under each principle are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of words, sentences and logic. Chapter 5th summarizes the contents of the report and the experience of translation.
