多模态教学在高中艺术特长生英语写作中的应用研究

【摘要】:写作教学一直是英语学习的重点,它不仅是学生的知识水平、思考能力和语用综合能力的反映,也是语言交际能力的重要组成部分。然而,在唐山市第十二高级中学的教学情境中,作者发现在普通的高中生中,还存在着大量的艺术特长生,他们的英语写作水平不高,缺乏英语写作兴趣,但是他们对声音、图像和动作姿势有很好的敏感度。因此,作者尝试使用多模态写作教学指导他们的英语写作,以增强他们英语写作兴趣并提高英语写作能力。为了检验多模态写作教学的实际效果,作者在唐山市第十二高级中学进行了为期三个月的实证研究。通过研究,本文回答了多模态写作教学对艺术特长生写作能力产生的效果以及他们对英语写作的态度这两个研究问题。本次研究对象是120名高一年级艺术特长生,涉及两个班级,控制班和实验班,同时采用了包括前后测、问卷调查和访谈的研究方法,收集实验数据并且利用spss统计软件分析数据以提高研究的信度和效度。研究结果表明,多模态写作教学充分发挥了高中艺术特长生对声音、图像和动作姿势敏感的特点,在一定程度上能够提高他们审题、内容组织以及篇章结构设计方面的写作能力。同时,在多模态写作教学环境下,他们的写作兴趣也随之增强。尽管如此,本研究仍然存在不足之处,有待进一步的研究。
[Abstract]:Writing teaching has always been the focus of English learning. It is not only a reflection of students' knowledge, thinking ability and pragmatic competence, but also an important part of their communicative competence. In the teaching situation of Tangshan 12th Senior Middle School, the author finds that there are still a large number of art students among ordinary high school students. Their English writing level is not high and they lack interest in English writing, but they are interested in sound. Images and posture are very sensitive. Therefore, the authors try to use multi-modal writing teaching to guide their English writing. In order to enhance their interest in English writing and improve their English writing ability, in order to test the practical effect of multi-modal writing teaching, the author conducted a three-month empirical study in Tangshan 12th Senior Middle School. This paper answers two questions about the effects of multi-modal writing teaching on the writing ability of art students and their attitudes towards English writing. The control class and the experimental class have adopted the research methods including pre-and post-test, questionnaire survey and interview, collected the experimental data and analyzed the data by using the spss statistical software to improve the reliability and validity of the study. Multi-modal writing teaching has brought into full play the high school art students' sensitivity to sound, image and posture, and to a certain extent can improve their writing ability in the aspects of examination, content organization and text structure design. In the multi-modal writing teaching environment, their writing interest also increases. However, there are still some shortcomings in this study, which need further study.
