【摘要】:创办于1891年的私立求精中学,经历了早期的办学阶段后,在1929-1949年间从一所传授基督教福音的教会学校逐步发展成为了一所涵盖幼稚园到大学教育完整体系的综合型学校。求精中学是帝国列强侵华时期通过基督教会办学为其培养在华利益代言人的产物,但是从客观上看,在中华民族争取独立浴血抗争的20年间求精中学为中国发展培养了大批现代社会需要的人才。本文以重庆市私立求精中学1929-1949年间的发展历程为研究对象,从重庆近代教育的发展、招生模式、运行机制、教学条件的改善、导师制的实行、教学质量、办学特点和人才培养等方面进行了研究。在重庆近代教育发展方面,研究了抗战前后重庆教育的概况;在招生模式变化方面,研究了战前招生对象与方式的变化,战时联合招生与成效和战后招生的情况;在运行机制变化方面,研究了求精中学运行机制的建立与演变;在教学条件改善方面,研究了教学场地的扩大、教学设备的增加和教材的更新;在导师制实行方面,研究了导师制的形成条件、发展过程和成效;在教学质量方面,研究了师资结构的变化和师资水平的提升;在办学特点方面,研究了长期聘请外籍教师授课、不断加大理科课程比重、外国传教士长期担任学校管理工作和长期接受外国教会的经费拨款;在人才培养方面,研究了毕业生会考成绩良好、按时毕业及以升学为主的毕业生去向和社会影响等内容。本文研究论述了求精中学的办学特点和局限性,分析了其在重庆近代教育的发展、招生模式、运行机制、教学条件的改善、导师制的实行、教学质量和人才培养方面的发展沿革,从主客观两方面总结了求精中学创办历史的局限性,丰富了中国近代教会学校嬗变研究的领域,完善了私立求精中学发展历程的系统研究,对区域教会中学的发展研究具有可借鉴的价值。“以史为鉴,可以知兴替”,本文研究为近代教育体制的完善、教学管理的规范、考试制度的制定和师资力量的培养等方面提供了一面历史的镜子。
[Abstract]:Established in 1891, the private refined secondary school experienced the early stage of running a school. During the period of 1929-1949, the church school that taught the Christian gospel gradually developed into a comprehensive school covering the whole system of kindergarten and university education. The refined middle school was run through the Christian church during the invasion of China by the imperial powers. In order to cultivate the products of interest spokesmen in China, But objectively speaking, in the 20 years of fighting for independence and fighting for independence, the fine school has cultivated a large number of talents needed by modern society for the development of China. This article takes the development course of Chongqing private refined middle school from 1929-1949 as the research object. This paper studies the development of modern education in Chongqing, the enrollment model, the operating mechanism, the improvement of teaching conditions, the implementation of the tutorial system, the quality of teaching, the characteristics of running schools and the cultivation of talents. This paper studies the general situation of Chongqing's education before and after the Anti-Japanese War, studies the changes in the enrollment pattern before and after the war, the changes in the objects and methods of enrollment before and after the war, the joint enrollment and effectiveness in wartime and the situation of enrollment after the war; and in terms of the changes in the operational mechanism, This paper studies the establishment and evolution of the operational mechanism of the middle school for refinement, the expansion of the teaching site, the increase of the teaching equipment and the renewal of the teaching materials, the improvement of the teaching conditions, and the conditions for the formation of the tutorial system in the implementation of the tutorial system. In terms of teaching quality, we have studied the changes in the structure of teachers and the improvement of the quality of teachers. In terms of the characteristics of running schools, we have studied the long-term hiring of foreign teachers to teach, and have continuously increased the proportion of science courses. Foreign missionaries have long served in school management and received funding from foreign churches. In the field of talent training, they have studied that graduates have achieved good results in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education examination. This paper discusses the characteristics and limitations of the middle school, analyzes the development of modern education in Chongqing, the enrollment model, the operation mechanism, and so on. The improvement of teaching conditions, the implementation of tutorial system, the development and evolution of teaching quality and talent training, summarize the limitations of the history of the establishment of elite middle schools from subjective and objective aspects, and enrich the field of research on the evolution of church schools in modern China. It improves the systematic study of the development course of the private refined middle school, and has reference value for the development research of the regional church middle school. "taking history as a mirror, we can learn from the history, we can learn from it". This paper studies the improvement of the modern education system and the standard of teaching management. The establishment of examination system and the training of teachers provide a mirror of history.
