明清延绥巡抚研究

【摘要】：延绥镇为明代九边重镇之一。明代延绥巡抚正式设立于天顺二年(1458)四月,其设立缘由既有明蒙边境冲突这一直接原因,也有明代地方行政体制的内部因素。崇祯十六年(1643)十一月,因李自成攻陷榆林等地,延绥镇罢设。明代延绥巡抚从首任巡抚徐tD至最后一位巡抚张凤翼,共计有81人、83任。其总体任职规律呈现:进士居多,北方籍多于南方籍,平均任期较长,由布政使迁入者居多等特点。就其地方治理和政绩看,延绥巡抚军功卓著,御边有方;兴农备荒,实心民事;盛兴文教,成绩斐然。清承明制,顺治二年(1645)五月复置延绥巡抚,主要是因为清朝当时统治基础薄弱和延绥地区矛盾突出。至康熙元年(1662)九月,清朝在全国范围内的统治基本确立,延绥地区也渐趋安定,延绥巡抚最终被裁撤。清代延绥巡抚共计6位(任),其总体任职规律呈现:出身偏低,辽东人居多,重用汉军旗人,平均任期较长等特点。清代延绥巡抚在镇压叛乱、安抚人民等方面具有重要作用,为帮助清政府稳定延绥地区局势做出了突出贡献。
[Abstract]:Yansui Town is one of the most important towns on the nine sides of the Ming Dynasty. The governor of Yansui in Qing Dynasty played an important role in suppressing rebellion and appeasing the people and made outstanding contributions to help the Qing government stabilize the situation in Yansui area.
