父亲卷入与特殊儿童康复效果研究

【摘要】：本研究旨在考察父亲卷入与特殊儿童康复效果之间的关系。研究一为量化研究,采用自编《父亲卷入儿童教养问卷》和自编《特殊儿童康复效果问卷》调查了 114户特殊儿童家庭,被试儿童所患疾病类型包括自闭症、精神发育迟滞、语言发育迟缓、多动症、脑瘫等,其中包括男孩92例,女孩22例,年龄分布为2～14岁,平均年龄5.89(SD=2.64);父亲年龄分布为29～60岁,平均年龄37.34(SD=5.81)。研究二为质性研究,采用半结构化提纲深度访谈了 10户特殊儿童家庭,了解父亲卷入与儿童康复情况。研究发现:1.特殊儿童家庭中父亲卷入水平普遍较低;卷入方式相对单一,以简单的言语沟通式陪伴和互动游戏式陪伴为主。2.特殊儿童的康复效果与父亲卷入显著相关。在各个维度上表现为特殊儿童康复效果的功能发展领域与父亲卷入的各维度显著相关,行为领域和社交表现均与父亲卷入除物质资金支持以外的各维度显著相关,自理能力与父亲在场和物质资金支持显著相关,注意力与父亲在场、社会技能与学习成绩、父亲榜样显著相关。3.本研究中,上海市和苏州市两组被试在父亲卷入上的差异不显著,但两组特殊儿童康复效果的整体水平以及各个维度之间均存在显著差异。4.生物学因素(儿童疾病严重程度)和父亲卷入的榜样维度能够显著预测特殊儿童的康复效果。5.科学的康复理念和康复手段可以在一定程度上弥补父亲卷入不足给特殊儿童康复效果所造成的影响。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between father involvement and rehabilitation effect of special children. For the first quantitative study, 114 families with special children were investigated by using the Self-made "Father involved in Child Rehabilitation questionnaire" and the Self-made questionnaire on the Rehabilitation effect of Special Children. The disease types of the children included autism, mental retardation. Language retardation, ADHD and cerebral palsy, including 92 cases of boys and 22 cases of girls, with a mean age of 5.89 and 2.64 years old, and a father's age distribution of 29 ~ 60 years with an average age of 37.34 and 5.81%. In the second study, a semi-structured outline was used to interview 10 families of special children to understand the involvement of fathers in the rehabilitation of children. The study found that 1: 1. In special children's families, the level of father involvement is generally low, and the involvement mode is relatively simple, which is mainly composed of simple verbal communication and interactive play companionship. The rehabilitation effect of special children was significantly related to the involvement of their fathers. In each dimension, the functional development field, which showed the rehabilitation effect of special children, was significantly related to the dimensions involved by the father, and the behavioral field and social performance were significantly related to the involvement of the father in all the dimensions except material financial support. Self-care ability was significantly correlated with father's presence and material support, attention with father's presence, social skills with academic achievement, father's role model. In this study, there was no significant difference in father involvement between the Shanghai and Suzhou groups, but there were significant differences between the two groups in the overall level of rehabilitation effect and in each dimension. The biological factors (severity of childhood disease) and the model dimension of father involvement could significantly predict the rehabilitation effect of special children. Scientific rehabilitation idea and means can make up for the influence of father's involvement on the rehabilitation effect of special children to some extent.
