体育舞蹈拉丁舞高水平运动队赛前训练负荷特征

【摘要】:随着体育舞蹈项目的不断发展,其体育竞技性的特征日益突出。除技术水平的不断发展提高外,作为一项体育运动,其对体能等一系列竞技能力要求也在不断提高。如何以最佳的竞技状态和体能贮备去完成比赛则是需要综合理论去指导训练。在相关运动训练理论里,为使运动员能够在比赛中表现出更高的竞技水平与运动表现,针对运动员在赛前阶段制定合理的训练计划,并通过训练内容的变换和训练方法的调整来控制赛前阶段的训练负荷情况。本文使用观察量表和心率仪器,对体育舞蹈拉丁舞高水平运动队(北京体育大学体育舞蹈拉丁舞校代表队)赛前阶段训练活动进行全程追踪和观察。通过阶段内训练完成内容以及实际训练时间进行负荷量的特征描述,对阶段内心率的变化情况进行负荷强度的特征描述。同时,对训练课中使用不同训练方法造成的负荷强度特征差异进行统计学的研究分析;对使用不同训练内容(不同舞种的完整组合)进行训练时的负荷强度特征差异进行统计学的研究分析。发现在体育舞蹈拉丁舞高水平运动队赛前阶段,在赛前三周共进行15次训练课活动,负荷强度和负荷量在阶段内呈现波动性的变化,在阶段前期和后期波动幅度较小,中期幅度较大。通过实际训练时间对阶段内负荷量进行描述为先下降后上升;通过训练内容(完整组合训练次数)对阶段内负荷量进行描述为先上升后下降。在通过不同心率指标对阶段内负荷强度进行特征描述时,阶段内负荷强度特征较为趋同。在使用不同训练方法进行赛前训练课时负荷强度有显著性差异,使用模拟比赛进行训练课训练负荷强度最大。在使用不同训练内容进行赛前训练课时负荷强度有显著性差异,在连续训练条件下进行牛仔舞完整组合训练阶段负荷强度最大。教练员在安排赛前阶段训练时,可借助不同训练方法和训练内容(不同舞种的完整组合)的变换来调整阶段内的负荷强度和负荷量的变化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of sports dance, its sports competitive characteristics are increasingly prominent. In addition to the continuous development and improvement of technical level, as a sport, its requirements for a series of competitive ability, such as physical fitness, are also constantly improving. How to use the best competitive state and physical reserve to complete the competition is a need for comprehensive theory to guide the training. In the relevant sports training theory, in order to enable the athletes to show a higher competitive level and performance in the competition, a reasonable training plan is made for the athletes in the pre-competition stage. The training load is controlled by changing the training content and adjusting the training method. By using the observation scale and heart rate instrument, the training activities of the sports dance Latin high level sports team (the team of the Latin Dance School of Beijing University of physical Education) in the pre-competition stage were tracked and observed. The characteristic description of the load quantity is carried out through the contents of the training completion and the actual training time, and the change of the heart rate of the stage is described by the characteristic of the load intensity. At the same time, the differences of load intensity characteristics caused by different training methods in training class were studied and analyzed statistically. The differences of load intensity characteristics in training with different training contents (complete combinations of different dance species) were studied and analyzed statistically. It was found that in the pre-competition stage of the Latin dance high level sports team, 15 training sessions were conducted in the three weeks before the match. The load intensity and the load quantity showed fluctuating changes in the stage, and the fluctuation range was relatively small in the early and late stages. The medium-term range is relatively large. The actual training time is used to describe the in-stage load as first decreasing and then rising, and the training content (complete combination of training times) is used to describe the in-stage load as rising first and then descending. When different heart rate indexes are used to describe the in-stage load intensity, the characteristics of in-stage load intensity tend to converge. There was significant difference in the load intensity of pre-competition training class with different training methods, and the intensity of training load was the highest in the training class with simulated competition. There was significant difference in load intensity during pre-competition training with different training contents, and the load intensity was the highest in the complete combination training stage of cowboy dance under continuous training conditions. The coaches can adjust the load intensity and the change of load quantity by means of the transformation of different training methods and training contents (complete combination of different dance species) when arranging the pre-competition training.
