【摘要】：文化是一个民族的精神命脉,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的内在动力,因此推动发展文化事业在社会主义建设过程中发挥的作用日益重要。马克思主义思想一直是建设中国特色社会主义文化的指导思想,坚持中国特色社会主义理论体系文化为指导方针。结合中国社会主义理论体系,文化建设占有相当大的比重。尤其是党的十八大在战略布局上提出具有中国特色社会主义的"五位一体"布局,确立文化建设为重点任务。中国特色社会主义文化建设自党的十八大后展现出新的面貌,文化建设的指导理论呈现出继承发展和创新发展两个方面,继承和创新两个方面相辅相成,缺一不可。取得的成就是巨大的,面临的问题和挑战与成就并存。其主要存在着文化价值取向的偏离、优秀文化产品匮乏、文化事业分布不均衡、文化霸权四个方面的问题和挑战;以及坚持马克思主义的指导地位、加强党的领导、提升文化产品的国际竞争力、加强公共文化服务建设、增强话语权五个方面相对应的策略。本文分为三章展开论述,第一章:中国特色社会主义文化建设的概述;第二章:十八大以来我国文化建设的新局面;第三章:新时期我国文化建设面临的问题以及相关问题的相应对策。
[Abstract]:Culture is the spiritual lifeline of a nation and the internal motive force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, it is increasingly important to promote the development of cultural cause in the process of socialist construction. Marxist thought has always been the guiding ideology of building socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and adhering to the guiding principle of socialist theoretical system culture with Chinese characteristics. Combined with China's socialist theoretical system, cultural construction occupies a considerable proportion. In particular, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "five-in-one" layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the strategic layout, and established the cultural construction as the key task. The construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics has taken on a new look since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The guiding theory of cultural construction presents two aspects: inheriting and developing, and inheriting and innovating each other. The achievements have been great, and the problems and challenges are coexisting with the achievements. The main problems and challenges are the deviation of cultural value orientation, the lack of excellent cultural products, the uneven distribution of cultural undertakings, cultural hegemony, and the adherence to the guiding position of Marxism and the strengthening of the Party's leadership. To enhance the international competitiveness of cultural products, strengthen the construction of public cultural services, enhance the right to speak the corresponding strategies. This paper is divided into three chapters, the first chapter: an overview of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics, the second chapter: the new situation of China's cultural construction since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Chapter three: the problems faced by China's cultural construction in the new period and the corresponding countermeasures.
