宜昌市大学生体育舞蹈课学习效果自我评价的研究

【摘要】:随着对大学生体育舞蹈运动现状的研究深入,大学生的体育舞蹈学习效果究竟如何显得尤为重要。通过前人研究和开放式问卷调查进行理论维度的确定,并进行初始问卷编制。在此基础之上进一步对数据进行项目分析和验证性因素分析,最终得到具有良好信效度的《宜昌市大学生体育舞蹈课程学习效果自我评价》的问卷作为自我评价的可靠问卷。作为连续型研究,通过发放问卷对宜昌市大学生的调查,一方面测试所编问卷的使用效果,另一方面了解宜昌市大学生体育舞蹈学习效果自我评价的现状。通过pearson相关分析、独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析、因子分析、验证性因素分析等统计方法对问卷进行了信效度检验,和具体结果分析,其研究结果如下:(1)由19个条目组成的《宜昌市大学生学习效果自我评价问卷》可作为测量学生自我评价的可靠工具。(2)宜昌市大学生自我评价总体结果与直观经验偏差大,对于体育舞蹈课学习效果的主观经验是参与了学习课程和活动,学会了一定的基本步伐和组合,而好的教学效果会促使进一步获得身体健康和心理健康收益,而自我评价结果却显示参与和技能评价分数最低。(3)五大教学目标中呈现出了相邻目标相关度高的规律,通过提高技能知识、改善身体健康和心里健康能更有效地利用相邻高相关的规律起到牵一发而动全身的效果。(4)宜昌市大学生的自我评价的总体结果在课程属性差异上主要体现在参与、技能上,身体健康、心理健康、社会适应上没有显著性课程属性差异。(5)宜昌市大学生的自我评价的总体结果五大维度均体现出了明显的年级差异。(6)普通高校和高职院校体育舞蹈课自我评价结果存在显著的差异,高等院校的优势主要体现在技能知识、身体健康和社会适应三个维度上。并进一步提出以下建议:(1)重视并进一步深入探索自我评价体系,引导教学过程主体对自我评价的认识,从而使教师与学生建立全面的自我评价观,从而提高体育舞蹈教学过程中的反馈论建设。(2)结合师资力量、生源渠道、专项选择体系、教学能力的主要相关方面的反思,提高宜昌市大学生体育舞蹈的参与和技能知识的自我评价水平。(3)避免单纯的安排学生更多地参与训练和社会实践,重视从身体健康、心理健康、技能知识三个方面的收益从而提高教学效率,达到更好的教学效果。(4)针对年级差异调整教学方案和侧重点,针对普通高校和职业院校差异对课程和师资力量进行引进、调整的全面整合。(5)将体育舞蹈课的教学与其他体育项目的教学结合起来从而完善五大目标的全面收益。
[Abstract]:With the deep research on the present situation of sports dance, it is very important to study the effect of sports dance for college students. Through previous studies and open questionnaire to determine the theoretical dimensions, and the initial questionnaire compilation. On the basis of this, the project analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the data were carried out. Finally, the questionnaire with good reliability and validity was obtained as a reliable questionnaire for self-evaluation of the learning effect of sports dance course of college students in Yichang city. As a continuous study, through the questionnaire survey of students in Yichang, on the one hand, to test the use of the questionnaire, on the other hand, to understand the status quo of self-evaluation of sports dance learning effect of students in Yichang. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by pearson correlation analysis, independent sample T test, single factor variance analysis, factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the questionnaire for Self-evaluation of College students' Learning effects in Yichang City, which is composed of 19 items, can be used as a reliable tool to measure students' self-evaluation. (2) the overall results of self-evaluation of college students in Yichang City deviate greatly from the intuitive experience. The subjective experience of the learning effect of sports dance class is to participate in the learning courses and activities, to learn certain basic steps and combinations, and good teaching results will promote the further gains of physical and mental health. However, the self-evaluation results showed that the five teaching objectives of participation and skill evaluation had a high degree of correlation among the five teaching goals. Through improving the skill knowledge, the results of self-evaluation showed that: (1) the results of self-evaluation showed that the scores of participation and skill evaluation were the lowest. Improving physical health and mental health can make more effective use of the law of adjacent high correlation to play a whole body effect.) the overall results of self-evaluation of college students in Yichang are mainly reflected in their participation and skills in the differences of curriculum attributes. Good health, mental health, There is no significant difference in curriculum attributes in social adaptation. 5) the overall results of self-evaluation of college students in Yichang City all reflect the obvious grade differences. 6) the results of self-evaluation of sports dance courses in colleges and universities and higher vocational colleges There are significant differences, The advantages of colleges and universities are mainly reflected in the three dimensions of skill knowledge, physical health and social adaptation. And further put forward the following suggestions: 1) pay attention to and further explore the system of self-evaluation, guide the main body of teaching process to understand self-evaluation, so that teachers and students can establish a comprehensive view of self-evaluation. In order to improve the teaching process of sports dance feedback theory construction. 2) combined with teacher strength, student resources, special selection system, teaching ability of the main aspects of reflection, To improve the participation of college students in sports dance and self-evaluation of their skills and knowledge in Yichang.) to avoid simply arranging students to participate in training and social practice, and to attach importance to physical and mental health. In order to improve the teaching efficiency and achieve better teaching effect, we can adjust the teaching plan and focus according to the grade difference, and introduce the curriculum and teachers according to the differences between universities and vocational colleges. The adjustment of comprehensive integration. 5) combine the teaching of sports dance class with the teaching of other sports items, thus improve the overall income of the five major goals.
