[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the symbolic and Iconicity of the speech sensations that are often used in Japanese daily life, expressing rich and vivid onomatopoeia words. As the number of vowels is few in Japanese, only a, I, u, e, and o are the only five, so in some expressions, in order to make the table of the article more vivid, there will be a lot of use of onomatopoeia words. So, If we really want to learn Japanese well, the study of onomatopoeia is an indispensable part. However, it is not easy to learn. This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of the phonetic structure of onomatopoeia and the symbolic point of view of the phonetic feeling through the examples. The first feature is the form of speech. The form of the Japanese onomatopoeia can be said to be It is the most remarkable feature. The second feature is its slender character. It is mainly analyzed from the two parts of the person's appearance and feelings it describes. The third features are the number of mimicry in Japanese. The fourth features are phonetic symbols or iconicity. Generally speaking, the relationship between language pronunciation and meaning is not inevitable. The same kind of animal, such as dog and Japanese, is called "/inu/", the Korean is "/ke:", Chinese is called "dog", and English is called "dog", and English is called "dog", the language is different, and the pronunciation is different. What is the meaning of the sound itself No, this is a social convention. But onomatopoeia is an exceptions to arbitrariness, and there is a certain relationship between pronunciation and meaning. That is to say, unlike general words, it is a vocabulary with a certain sense of pronunciation itself. So the inevitable (sound) phenomenon between pronunciation and meaning is called sound symbol. Symbolism), or iconicity (icon). The last feature is its imitations and the impressions it expresses. Imitates mainly imitate the calls of birds, insects, and so on. Sensory impressions are analyzed mainly from touch, taste, smell, visual, and hearing.
