后方法教学法在基础英语教学中应用的可行性研究

【摘要】:教学是一种具有系统性和计划性的活动,需要师生共同参与。教师需要借助一定的教育技术和采用一定的教学方法实现教学目的。那么有英语教学,就必然存在着英语教学方法。特定历史时期的教学方法必定与这一时期的政治、经济、文化和社会发展相适应。随着社会发展,“方法时代”的教学方法逐渐表现出了自身的局限性,由于教学方法本身过于理想化,并没有考虑到多种环境因素对英语教学的影响。2001年,美国语言学家库玛(Kumaravadivelu)提出了“后方法教学法”这一概念。后方法教学法不是另一种解决具体问题的替代性的教学方法,是对以往教学方法的继承、超越和发展,是一套动态教学思想。它体现了“教师赋权”思想,强调政治、经济、文化等多种因素对教学效果的影响。本文结合我国基础英语教学的国情、教情和学情,尝试从文献研究法和比较分析法在理论层面对后方法教学法应用在基础英语教学中是否可行进行探讨。旨在为基础英语教学和课程改革的有效实施提供可借鉴建议,使后方法教学法更好指导基础英语教学。通过理论解析和分析基础英语教学现状可以得出:在基础英语教学中实施后方法教学法是基础英语课程改革的必然要求,是基础英语教学环境的客观要求,是提高教师专业化发展水平的根本要求,是实现基础教育均衡发展的现实要求,是构建基础英语理论体系的内在要求。在理论上,后方法教学法在教学观、师生观和课程观三个方面相对于传统教学方法表现出顺应时代发展的可行性。后方法教学法理论上的可行性又为实现现实可行性提供理论指导和智力支持。因此,将后方法教学法应用在基础英语教学中,有现实与理论上的可行性。
[Abstract]:Teaching is a systematic and planned activity, which requires the participation of teachers and students. Teachers need to use certain educational techniques and teaching methods to achieve teaching purposes. So there is English teaching, there must be English teaching methods. The teaching methods of a particular historical period must be adapted to the political, economic, cultural and social development of this period. With the development of society, the teaching method of the "method era" gradually shows its own limitations. Because the teaching method itself is too idealized, it does not take into account the influence of various environmental factors on English teaching. Kumaravadivelu, an American linguist, put forward the concept of "post-method teaching method". Post-method teaching method is not another alternative teaching method to solve specific problems, but also inherits, surmounts and develops the previous teaching methods, and is a set of dynamic teaching ideas. It embodies the idea of "teacher empowerment" and emphasizes the influence of politics, economy, culture and other factors on the teaching effect. Based on the situation of basic English teaching, teaching and learning in China, this paper attempts to explore the feasibility of applying post-method teaching in basic English teaching from the perspective of literature research and comparative analysis. The purpose of this paper is to provide some suggestions for the effective implementation of basic English teaching and curriculum reform, so that the post-method teaching method can better guide the basic English teaching. Through theoretical analysis and analysis of the present situation of basic English teaching, it can be concluded that the post-method teaching method in basic English teaching is the inevitable requirement of the basic English curriculum reform and the objective requirement of the basic English teaching environment. It is the basic requirement of improving teachers' professional development level, the realistic requirement of realizing the balanced development of basic education, and the inherent requirement of constructing the basic English theory system. In theory, the post-method teaching method shows the feasibility of adapting to the development of the times compared with the traditional teaching method in three aspects: teaching view, teacher-student view and curriculum view. The theoretical feasibility of the post-method teaching method provides theoretical guidance and intellectual support for the realization of practical feasibility. Therefore, it is practical and theoretical to apply the post-method approach to basic English teaching.
