现代汉语AA与AABB式重叠的构式形态学研究

　　 重叠作为汉语里一种能产的形态手段,其形式往往与特定的语法或语义功能相联系。此种形义结合的特点与Goldberg的构式思想相契合。本文选取现代汉语中AA与AABB两种常见的重叠形式,并从构式形态学和认知角度探讨了以下问题:首先,大量研究已经针对AA式重叠的语义功能做了详细的描述,然而却很少探求其背后的认知动因。同时,不同词类的AA式重叠呈现出不同语义功能,这些语义功能之间是否存在关联?另外,AA式重叠在形式上与汉语中的并列复合词和英语里的词缀具有相似性,可否将它们视作为同一形态构式的不同变体?其次,对于AABB式重叠,很多AABB式重叠的两个构成成分在语义上具有相关性,那么,这种相关性是否可以从构式的角度进行解释?本研究的语料来源于《现代汉语词典》(第七版)和《成语大词典》(最新修订版),研究方法采用归纳法与对比法。首先,对词典里的AA式和AABB式重叠搜集并分类,从构式形态学的角度对其进行描写。然后运用意象图式展示AA式重叠不同语义功能之间的联系,并将其与汉语并列复合词与英语词缀进行对比;最后,对AABB式重叠进行构式分析,描述其产生所经历的形态操作和构式化过程。本研究有以下发现:AA式重叠的三种主要语义功能为增强描写功能,遍指功能和指小功能。其中,增强描写功能是原型功能,它与遍指功能和指小功能的联系可以通过意象图式的转化来呈现,拟声词对于AA式重叠的出现有很大影响。同时,AA式重叠与并列复合词以及词缀属于不同的形态构式,具有不同的认知基础。AABB式重叠的产生是汉语重叠构式与并列复合构式共同作用的结果;它起源于AA与BB的叠加,并逐步构式化;进入到AABB构式的构件其本身的词性与语义受到重叠与并列复合两层构式的压制作用。本研究是应用构式思想在汉语形态分析上的尝试,也是从认知角度对于汉语重叠进行解释的补充。
