《新媒体时代下的足球》（第二章）翻译报告

　　《新媒体时代的足球》通过引用诸多媒体和足球行业的关键会议和文献资料,详细解释了在足球行业中,媒体变化所产生的影响。它研究了足球经济;日益重要的足球版权及其行业中的安排管理;以及俱乐部建立自己的媒体运营的尝试。在二十一世纪媒体,公司和球迷们都寻求重新定义足球之际,本书着重评估了整个足球控制权之争。翻译素材节选自第二章“数字革命”,本章详细检查了ITV数码的异军突起和昙花一现,并就随后的2004-2007英超版权的谈判过程展开了研究,当时来自欧盟的管理压力和版权价值缩水都对整个过程产生了巨大的影响。因为本翻译项目能辅助理解当时蓬勃发展的媒体技术以及版权争端的历史进程,还可以成为我国现在版权迷局的有力启发,所以十分具有实际意义。我国现在的体育版权可能估值过高,而引发类似ITV数码在文中发生的破产情况。全文翻译单词数为11,703.作为学术文本,原文中涉及诸多跨学科术语和长难句,语言特点为流畅性、复杂性、正式性和客观性等。根据翻译过程中遇到的实际问题以及原文特征,译者采用卡特福德翻译转换理论。在卡特福德翻译转换理论的指导下,本报告讨论了如何使用层次转换、结构转换和类别转换理论来指导译者处理译文...
