汉语日常言语交际中双重提问的会话分析研究

  信息寻求在日常会话和机构性互动中都普遍存在。在不同的情境中,交际者采用各种适当和有效的会话常规向交际对方寻求信息。发起修正,即本文所关注的在第一个提问之后发起另一个提问,是经常使用的会话常规之一。通过发起修正,讲话人可以纠正自己话轮中的一个事实性错误,即与事实相反的表述。然而,在我们的语料中,多数情况下,信息寻求者发起修正只是为了“微调”那些看上去毫无问题的问题。本研究以74个汉语日常电话谈话的录音为语料,从会话分析角度分析了同一话轮中两个执行信息寻求行为的问题,且第二个问题是对第一个问题进行修正的现象。此外,对提问的回应话轮设计也进行了详细探讨。本文通过讨论自我修正在信息寻求行为及其回应话轮的设计中产生的交际意义,旨在揭示日常言谈应对所反映的社会组织的一个方面。在深入观察及分析语料后,本文共发现五种在同一话轮中用第二个提问发起自我修正的情况,这些不同的情况反映了提问者在话轮设计时的受话人设计倾向。由于第二个问题的出现,提问者可以在考虑特定受话人的基础上,以更适当的方式进行信息寻求,同时也更高效地完成信息寻求行为,并有效地保证交际者之间的相互理解,实现和维护友好关系以及社会和谐。我们可...
