生态翻译学视角下纪录片《木作》字幕英译实践报告

　　随着现代化和城市化进程的加快,非物质文化遗产不断受到冲击,对其加强保护已经刻不容缓。近年来,我国非物质文化遗产保护工作取得新的成效,也相继涌现出了一大批以非遗为主题的优秀纪录片。2018年9月,非遗题材系列纪录片《中国手作》第一季《木作》在CCTV-9纪录频道一经播出便收获了积极热烈的反响。该纪录片将镜头第一次聚焦于中国的木文化,以期引导观众关注中国传统木作之美及强化人们对非物质文化遗产的保护意识。本文是基于生态翻译学理论视角下文化纪录片《木作》字幕文本英译的实践报告。该纪录片字幕文本中存在着大量的意合句、文化负载表达以及现场采访的口语化表达,因此译者在翻译时不仅会受到一般字幕翻译固有的时空限制,还会受到语言、文化以及交际层面的制约。而在中国当代译学研究领域,生态翻译学自胡庚申教授于2001年提出以来一直备受关注。该理论将翻译方法简括为“三维”转换,即在“多维度适应与适应性选择”的原则下,相对集中于语言维、文化维和交际维的适应性选择转换。可见,生态翻译学理论对解决本次翻译项目中的难点具有相当大的指导作用。经过研究和分析,本文在确保目标字幕文本尽量简洁即其每行字符数不超过最大值的基础上,...
