功能主义翻译理论视角下的《全球健康伦理的关键性问题》翻译实践报告

　　《全球健康伦理的关键性问题》是世界卫生组织于2015年发布的出版物,旨在帮助决策者、卫生保健服务提供者和健康伦理研究人员理解健康伦理中的关键性概念,明确围绕健康和卫生保健产生的基本伦理问题。汉译这一文件能够为中国英文阅读能力有限的健康和伦理研究爱好者提供帮助,帮助他们大概了解这一领域必备的基础知识。但是,由于中西方在思维和表达习惯上差异甚大,传统的对等翻译方法可能难以复现文中的一些专业信息或逻辑关系。不同于传统的翻译模式,功能主义翻译理论家提出翻译是一种有目的的跨文化交际行为,翻译过程中方法和策略的选择应由译文的目的或预期功能来决定。本报告旨在从功能主义翻译理论角度探讨《全球健康伦理的关键性问题》的翻译方法与策略。本报告共包括四个部分:第一部分介绍了实践缘起、实践内容和实践过程。第二部分,在回顾功能派主要人物的代表理论的基础上,作者分析了原文的翻译目的,并归纳出翻译中应遵循的原则。第三部分,译者以目的原则、连贯原则和忠实原则为指导,探讨《全球健康伦理的关键性问题》的翻译方法和策略。作者的探讨从名词性结构的翻译、被动句的翻译和长难句的翻译三方面展开。第四部分是对前文的总结,根据作者的研究...
