内蒙古博物院导游口译实践报告

如今,随着中国的不断发展,越来越多的外国人对中国古老的历史文化产生了浓厚的兴趣。作为宣传中国文化的窗口,博物馆肩负着向外传播文化的重要使命,而博物馆口译也成为促进中外文化交流的重要方式。口译作为翻译的一种重要形式,在文化交流方面起着不可替代的作用;而了解一个国家或地区的文化,最方便、最全面的途径之一,就是参观当地的博物馆。本篇报告以笔者在内蒙古博物院所做的一次真实的导游口译的基础上,研究内蒙古博物院导游解说词口译过程中遇到的各种口译难点,比如文化空缺词较多、文物文化负载量较大、内蒙古本土文化译入语少、讲解员口头语过多、口译员反应时间有限等,并提出了在现场应该采取的翻译方法、翻译策略以及翻译技巧。本次口译实践活动来源于宝兴科技有限公司,邀请笔者陪同一名来自英国的游客参观内蒙古博物院,这名英国游客一直对中国历史感兴趣,之前去过西安、南京等历史名城。本次口译实践时长共计2个小时。笔者结合自己的亲身经历,通过充足的译前准备、真实的口译实践、及时的译后总结,认真撰写了此篇报告,以期实现以下几个目标:一是促进蒙古族文化的传播,使国内外游客能对蒙古族文化产生浓厚的兴趣;二是探索译员在做导游口译之时的...
