新手型与专家型英语教师课堂师生话语互动模式案例研究

随着时代的发展,对外交流、合作共赢成为发展的主题。作为一门国际语言,英语的作用无可替代.而对英语教学的各种研究也一直层出不穷。课堂话语作为一种重要的语言输入和输出方式,在初中生的英语学习中起着重要的作用。而大量的实践和研究发现,不同类型的教师在教学中话语及行为模式均存在差异。本研究通过比较新手教师和专家教师在初中英语课堂言语互动模式上的不同,得出他们之间的差异,以为教师将来的教学研究和专业发展提出参考。本研究是一项案例研究,主要以Krashen的输入输出理论和国内外互动理论为基础,结合FIAS量表对6名初中二年级英语教师的课堂教学进行了记录、编码,并从收集的数据中分析了新手教师和专家教师在师生互动模式上的差异。笔者主要借助弗兰德斯互动分析系统为研究工具来回答以下四个问题:(1)两类教师在课堂话语结构方面有何差异?(2)两类教师在情感互动模式方面有何差异?(3)两类教师在教师倾向方面有何差异?(4)两类教师在问答模式方面有何差异?从数据分析的结果来看,新手型教师与专家型教师在四个方面均有异同,主要体现在四个方面:(1)无论是新手教师还是专家教师,课堂话语在课堂中的比例都高于常模,但新手教...
