　　伴随着经济全球化的澎湃浪潮,在各个国家的不断发展进程中,中国也对世界敞开了大门,对外开放使得我国与世界各国的沟通交流开始增多,越来越频繁的合作促进了我国的经济发展,也加快了我国国力的提升。跨国公司的迅速发展,大大推动了国际资本流动,金融全球化进程的步伐明显在加速,新的世界形势下,老旧传统的贸易已经远远不能满足多元化合作的需求,因此,需要探究更高更有效的合作模式。在中国与世界的合作中,经济往来是必不可少的。我国在许多领域和其他各国有所探求和交流。在众多的合作谈判中,工程合同便成为了至关重要的一部分。那么,如何让多国公司更好地了解技术发展,准确无误地理解工程条款与需求,合同翻译工作则起到了不可替代的作用。笔者在实习期间为工作单位进行翻译工作,该公司从事神华国华印尼爪哇7号2× 1050MW燃煤发电工程在印尼的一系列工作,包括建筑、安装以及调试等。发包方需要有合格的承包方就本项目D标段#1机组主体及输煤系统建筑工程进行施工,且该承包方愿意从事上述工程施工。因此发包方需要就此工程与承包方签署有关协议。此报告翻译文本题材为印尼浙江能源建设有限公司与神华国华（印尼）爪哇发电有限公司的合同文件。译者...
