功能对等理论视角下处方药说明书的翻译实践报告

　　本报告基于作者在医学翻译公司实习的翻译项目——美国强生子公司杨森制药有限公司（美国地区）的DARZALEX说明书英译汉项目。作者根据翻译实践的情况,梳理了翻译的过程,总结了源文本的特点和翻译中的难点,并在功能对等理论的指导下,总结了医药说明类文本适用的翻译方法和技巧。源文本属于说明文,具有很强的实用性和专业性。除了包含大量的专业说明外,源文本中还包含一些具有宣传功能的表达。因此,在翻译的过程中,译者需要在对等传递信息的基础上,让译文本实现和源文本相同的功能。作者在翻译中遇到的问题可以分为三个层面:词汇层面、句法层面和语篇层面。为了实现信息的有效传递,解决翻译中遇到的问题,作者选择了奈达的功能对等理论作为指导理论并基于该理论采用了零翻译、增译、分译、转换、重复等翻译方法和翻译技巧,并于本报告中进行了阐述和案例分析。期望本报告能够为医药说明类文本的汉译实践活动提供借鉴。
