顺应论在英汉新闻翻译中的应用研究

　　世界全球化使得国际交流日益频繁,新闻作为信息传播的主要途径,以概括性的形式,言简意赅的内容,及时报道国内外具有新闻价值的事实,在各国政治、经济、文化交流方面发挥着不可言喻的重要作用。英语是国际交流中使用最为广泛的语言,因此,英汉新闻翻译成为中国人了解世界的重要渠道,相关方面的研究也引起了诸多学者的广泛关注。本研究旨在以杰夫·维索尔伦的顺应论指导英语新闻的汉译,以一个全新的视角来诠释英汉新闻翻译。杰夫·维索尔伦认为语言选择是在不同程度意识下为适应交际目的而做出不断选择的过程。翻译是一种极为复杂的跨文化交际过程,也是一个不断进行语言选择的过程。在新闻翻译中,顺应论强调语境关系和语言结构的动态顺应及顺应过程的意识突显性。语境关系顺应要求译员在新闻翻译中要顺应原文的语言语境和译文的文化语境,语言结构顺应要求译员顺应译语的话语构建原则,从一系列话语构建要素中做出选择。同时,语境关系与语言结构彼此相互顺应,使意义生成的动态性在译文中得以保存。根据顺应过程的意识突显性,译员要顺应译语的社会心智,才能仔细研究句子,最终达到提高译文质量的目的。本文采用了实例分析、对比分析等研究方法,对顺应论应用于英汉新...
