工作记忆容量与英中交替传译输出质量关系研究

  工作记忆是不同于短时记忆和长时记忆的一个新的概念,Baddeley和Hitch在经过大量实证性研究后,印证了工作记忆的存在,提出了工作记忆的多成分模型,其中包括视空面板,情境缓冲区,中央执行系统以及语音回路,工作记忆的主要功能在于将短时信息进行存储和加工。而口译作为一种极为复杂的认知活动,对记忆能力的要求自然是非常高的。由于笔记的辅助作用,相对于同声传译的边听边译而言,交替传译对于工作记忆的要求看似稍低,因此大多数的研究都集中于探索工作记忆与同声传译质量的关系,只有少部分研究会关注工作记忆与交替传译输出质量之间的关系。而在有限的二者关系的研究中,部分结果证实工作记忆与交替传译的输出质量呈正相关,即工作记忆越强,则交替传译的输出质量越高;但由于衡量标准的不统一及其他因素的考虑不一致,也有部分研究显示二者并无明显相关性。对于口译初学者或初级学生译员而言,不论是在课堂上还是课后练习中,主要训练在无笔记时充分调动记忆能力。同时,在现实口译中,如展会口译、商务接待口译等场景,译员并不具备记笔记的条件,只能做无笔记交替传译,工作记忆对信息存储和加工功能的重要性也是显而易见。因此,在阅读既有文献的基...
