饲粮添加菊糖对肉仔鸡生产性能、消化代谢及非特异性免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在探讨饲粮添加菊糖对肉仔鸡生产性能、消化代谢及非特异性免疫功能的影响。试验设计所采用的是单因素完全随机化设计。选取300只1日龄的爱拔益加(AA+)肉仔鸡,随机的将其分为5组,每组有6个重复,每个重复为10只鸡。试验Ⅰ组为对照组:饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.05%、0.15%、0.25%、0.5%的菊糖。整个饲养试验为期6周,在此期间各组的饲养管理条件相同,自由的采食与饮水。饲养试验结束之后,每个重复选取1只鸡,采用全收粪的试验方法进行代谢试验,测定相关营养物质的代谢率与代谢能。屠宰前采集血清样本,屠宰后,分离免疫器官,取消化道食糜测定消化酶活性,取十二指肠用于制备组织切片,测定组织形态。试验结果表明:(1)饲粮添加菊糖对肉仔鸡的生长性能无显著影响(P0.05),菊糖添加量为0.05%时肉仔鸡4~6周龄和1~6周龄的平均日采食量最高,分别较对照组提高了 3.53%、2.40%,添加量为0.5%时平均日采食量最低。菊糖添加量为0.5%时各阶段料重比均为最低。(2)饲粮添加菊糖极显著的影响干物质代谢率和表观代谢能(P0.01),显著影响能量的表观代谢率(P0.05),对粗蛋白、粗脂肪等养分代谢率无显著影响(P0.05)。当菊糖添加量为0.5%时干物质的代谢率较对照组提高了 22.21%(P0.01),菊糖添加量为0.25%时能量的表观代谢率和表观代谢能分别较对照组提高了 19.63%(P0.05)和15.71%(P0.01);饲粮添加菊糖显著提高了肉仔鸡十二指肠淀粉酶、空肠胰蛋白酶的活性(P0.05),提高了空肠淀粉酶的活性(P0.05),菊糖添加量为0.5%时空肠胰蛋白酶、十二指肠淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P0.05);饲粮中添加0.15%和0.25%的菊糖极显著降低了肉仔鸡胃pH值(P0.01);饲粮添加菊糖显著提高了肉仔鸡十二指肠的绒毛高度(P0.05),降低了十二指肠隐窝深度(P0.05)。菊糖添加量为0.15%时绒毛最高(1317.10 μm)。(3)饲粮添加菊糖,提高了肉仔鸡胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊指数,但各添加水平间无显著差异(P0.05)。0.5%菊糖添加水平组肉仔鸡胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊指数分别较对照组提高了 27.57%、16.28%、36.29%(P0.05);饲料添加菊糖极显著提高了肉仔鸡血清白蛋白的浓度(P0.01)。当菊糖的添加量为0.5%时,血清白蛋白含量(14.35 g/L)极显著地高于对照组(P0.01);饲料中添加菊糖极显著提高了肉仔鸡血清溶菌酶活性(P0.01),显著提高了抗菌肽活性(P0.05),对碱性磷酸酶、补体活性无显著影响(P0.05),0.15%菊糖添加水平组血清溶菌酶活性最高(335.89 U/mL),较对照组提高了 78.55%(P0.01),0.25%菊糖添加水平组抗菌肽的活性最高(347.16 U/mL),较对照组提高了 84.30%(P0.05)。综合以上各指标可以得出,饲粮添加菊糖显著提高了消化酶活性和十二指肠绒毛高度,进而提高了肉仔鸡对饲粮主要养分的代谢率和表观代谢能,提高了非特异性免疫功能,且菊糖的适宜添加量为0.25%~0.5%。
[Abstract]:This experiment was conducted to investigate the dietary inulin on broiler performance, affecting digestion and metabolism and non specific immune function. The experimental design is a single factor completely randomized design. A total of 300 1 day old arbor acres (AA+) broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups, each group had 6 replicates repeat for each, 10 chickens. The first group was the control group: fed the basal diet, test II, III, IV, V group were added in the basic diet 0.05%, 0.15%, 0.25%, 0.5% inulin.
