【摘要】:研究丁香酸(syringicacid,SY)对舞毒蛾核型多角体病毒(LdNPV)致死及亚致死作用的影响,为舞毒蛾LymantriadisparLL的防治提供科学依据。采用食料给毒法进行生物测定,评估LdNPV及SY与LdNPV共同对舞毒蛾2龄幼虫的致死和亚致死作用,研究结果如下:1.取食添加丁香酸人工饲料和正常人工饲料的舞毒蛾幼虫LdNPV致死中浓度(LC50)分别为 91.1 OBs/μl 和 194.8 OBs/μl。当 LdNPV 浓度为 2 400 OBs/μl,取食添加SY的饲料及正常人工饲料的舞毒蛾幼虫LdNPV致死中时间(LT50)分别为9 d 和 10.1 d,当 LdNPV 浓度为 24 000 OBs/μl 时,其 LT50 分别为 7.8 d 和 8.1 d,LdNPV的浓度越高致死中时间越短。丁香酸增加了 LdNPV对舞毒蛾幼虫的致病力,降低了LdNPV对舞毒蛾幼虫的致死中浓度,缩短了致死中时间。2.LdNPV对取食正常饲料的雌、雄幼虫历期和蛹期及雌蛾寿命影响不显著,但显著缩短了雄虫寿命,降低了平均每雌产卵量。LdNPV对取食添加丁香酸饲料的幼虫产生明显的亚致死效应,并且LdNPV浓度较高时雌、雄幼虫历期延长、雄蛾寿命缩短,雄性羽化率降低,雌成虫产卵量降低,产卵量较对照减少一半左右。3.酚氧化酶在单独正常饲料(CK)处理时,随着时间其活力逐渐增加。单独丁香酸饲料处理时在前60h酚氧化酶活力随时间升高,且高于对照(CK),84h时降到最低,且显著低于对照。单独病毒处理后的舞毒蛾酚氧化酶活性在36h后受到抑制,活力降低。过氧化物酶在处理前期酶活性受到了抑制,后期单独正常处理的舞毒蛾酶活性降低和其他处理的酶活性差异趋于平缓。
[Abstract]:To study the effects of syringic acid syringic acid syringe on the lethal and sublethal effects of LdNPV. To provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of LymantriadisparLL, the bioassay was carried out by the method of feeding food with poison. To evaluate the lethal and sublethal effects of LdNPV, sy and LdNPV on the 2nd instar larvae. The results are as follows: 1. LdNPV lethal median concentration (LC50) of moth larvae fed with eugenic acid artificial diet and normal artificial diet was obtained. The concentrations of LdNPV were 91.1 OBs / 渭 l and 194.8 OBs / 渭 l, respectively, when the concentration of LdNPV was 2 400 OBs / 渭 l. The median LdNPV lethal time (LT50) of moth larvae fed on diet supplemented with sy and normal artificial diet was 9 days and 10. 1 days, respectively. When the concentration of LdNPV was 24 000 OBs / 渭 l, its LT50 was 7.8 d and 8.1 d, respectively. The higher the concentration of LdNPV, the shorter the median lethal time. Eugenic acid increased the pathogenicity of LdNPV to moth larvae and decreased the median lethal concentration of LdNPV to moth larvae. LdNPV shortened the median lethal time. 2. LdNPV had no significant effect on female, male larva duration, pupa stage and female moth longevity, but significantly shortened male life span. LdNPV decreased the average number of eggs laid per female. LdNPV had obvious sublethal effect on larvae fed with eugenic acid feed, and the duration of male and female larvae was prolonged and the lifespan of male moth was shortened when the concentration of LdNPV was higher. The emergence rate of male decreased, the oviposition of female adult decreased, and the oviposition of female adult decreased by about half compared with the control. Phenol oxidase was treated with CK alone. The activity of phenoloxidase increased with time during the first 60 hours of treatment with eugenic acid, and decreased to the lowest level when compared with CK at 84 h. The activity of phenoloxidase was inhibited and the activity of peroxidase was decreased after 36 h treatment, and the activity of peroxidase was inhibited in the early stage of treatment. The difference of enzyme activity between the two treatments and that of other treatments tended to be flat.
