鄂尔多斯市牧区家庭牧场生产效率比较研究

【摘要】：近年来国家深入推进农业供给侧改革,持续促进农牧业发展和农民增收。农牧业生产效率的高低直接决定着农牧民收入的多少。鄂尔多斯市地处西北地区,先天草场资源丰富,畜牧业发达。正在不断发展的家庭牧场日益成为鄂尔多斯市牧区畜牧业发展的主导力量。乌审旗和杭锦旗又是鄂尔多斯典型的牧区,这两地家庭牧场生产效率的高低,直接影响两地农牧民的收入。本文以生产效率理论、投入产出理论和草畜平衡理论为主线,通过对乌审旗和杭锦旗的实地调研,利用DEA研究方法对两地的家庭牧场生产效率进行了评价研究。从两地收入、支出和收益三方面对其生产现状分别进行分析,再对两个地区的生产现状进行比较分析。然后通过DEA模型进行效率测算及比较分析。最后根据DEA松弛变量的冗余分析找出生产过程中存在的问题,并针对性的提出具体的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country has deeply promoted the agricultural supply-side reform, continued to promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry and increase farmers' income. The efficiency of agricultural and animal husbandry production directly determines the income of farmers and herdsmen. Ordos City is located in the northwest region. The congenital grassland is rich in resources and animal husbandry is developed. The family pastures are increasingly becoming the leading force in the development of animal husbandry in the pastoral areas of Ordos, and the Ushen Banner and the Hangzhou Banner are typical pastoral areas in Ordos. The production efficiency of family pastures in the two places has a direct impact on the income of farmers and herdsmen in both places. This paper takes the production efficiency theory, the input-output theory and the theory of grass and livestock balance as the main line. Through the field investigation of Wushen Banner and Hangzhou Jinqi, this paper evaluates the production efficiency of family pasture in both places by using DEA research method. Expenditure and income of the three aspects of their production status are analyzed. Then the production status of the two regions are compared and analyzed. Then the efficiency of the DEA model is measured and compared. Finally, the problems in the production process are found out according to the redundancy analysis of DEA relaxation variables. And puts forward the concrete countermeasure suggestion pertinently.
