城市滨河绿道规划设计研究

【摘要】：随着城市化进程的加快,城市生态环境遭到日益严重的破坏。绿道,作为改善人居环境的重要场所,需要在城市建设的同时进行合理的规划设计,使之不仅能满足人们游憩、休闲、运动和交往等多种需求,更能有效连接各自然区域,避免栖息地的丧失、生物种群单一化,最终达到人与自然的和谐共处的目的。绿道,分为滨河绿道、休闲绿道、生态绿道、景观或历史绿道、综合型绿道网络。其中,城市中的滨河绿道依托城市河流而建,成为连接公园、庇护所、居民点和绿道的中枢,是众多绿道类型中最常见的一种。它是人们使用率最高,生物种类丰富,景观效益最佳的绿道之一。但是,目前我国在滨河绿道建设、滨水区开发以及河流生态恢复方面启蒙较晚,在滨水空间的开发、决策和实践上有一定的局限性。因此,如何通过合理的规划设计改善滨水空间的生态环境,营造具有连续性、整体性和良好使用感受的滨河绿道是本文研究的重点内容。本文通过文献研究法、实地调查法、归纳分析法,对国内外滨河绿道发展过程进行梳理,通过相关学科理论的分析界定滨河绿道的研究范围,提炼滨河绿道构成要素,寻找适用于我国的滨河绿道规划设计方法。论文主要分为理论研究和案例分析和更新设计三个部分。首先,通过对滨河绿道发展进程、相关概念进行解读,分析总结了滨河绿道的基本机构与要素；其次,通过对国外三个具有代表性的案例与国内两个典型案例进行的对比,分析国内外滨河绿道在理论基础、前期准备、结构和功能等方面的区别,然后提出具有普遍适用性的规划设计原则、流程方法与具体的规划设计内容(包括滨河绿道功能结构、空间范围的确定；土地调控、防灾减灾、交通系统、生态修复等)；最后,以自贡釜溪河滨河绿道为实践对象,基于前期的理论研究与实践经验的总结分析,在实地踏勘和资料分析的基础上,对提出其现状存在的缺陷与不足,并运用本文所提出的滨河绿道规划设计原则、流程方法和具体的设计手法进行更新设计,力争有效地改善现状问题,从而验证研究成果的科学合理性。希望本论文的研究成果,能为我国城市滨河绿道建设提供到一定的参考,从而避免过去滨河绿道规划设计中存在的误区。望在后续的研究过程中能有更多学者加入到城市滨河绿道的研究,对本研究提出的原则、流程和方法体进行补充、修正,为我国的城市滨河绿道建设事业添砖加瓦。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, the urban ecological environment has been increasingly seriously damaged. Green Road, as an important place to improve human settlements, needs reasonable planning and design while urban construction. It can not only meet the needs of people, such as recreation, leisure, sports and communication, but also can effectively connect the natural areas, avoid the loss of habitat, and simplify the biological population. Finally to achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Green road is divided into riverside green road, leisure green road, ecological green road, landscape or historical green road, comprehensive green road network. The riverside green road in the city is built on the city river and becomes the center connecting parks, shelters, settlements and green roads. It is one of the most common green road types. It is the highest utilization rate of people and rich in biological species. However, at present, our country is late in the construction of riverside green roads, waterfront development and river ecological restoration, and the development of waterfront space. Therefore, how to improve the ecological environment of waterfront space through reasonable planning and design, and create continuity. Integrity and good sense of use of the riverside green road is the focus of this study. This paper through the literature research method, field investigation method, inductive analysis method, the development process of riverside green road at home and abroad is combed. Through the analysis of related discipline theory to define the research scope of riverside green road, extract the elements of riverside green road. This paper is divided into three parts: theoretical research and case analysis and update design. Firstly, through the development process of riverside green road, the related concepts are interpreted. The basic mechanism and elements of the riverside green road are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, through the comparison of three representative cases abroad and two typical domestic cases, this paper analyzes the differences in the theoretical basis, preparation, structure and function of the riverside green road at home and abroad. Then put forward the general applicable planning and design principles, process methods and specific planning and design content (including the waterfront green road functional structure, the determination of spatial scope; Land control, disaster prevention and mitigation, transportation system, ecological restoration and so on; Finally, taking Zigong Kaoxi River Green Road as the practice object, based on the previous theoretical research and practical experience summary and analysis, on the basis of field survey and data analysis, put forward its current situation of defects and shortcomings. In order to improve the current situation effectively, the principles of planning and design of riverside green road, the process method and the specific design method are used to update the design. In order to verify the scientific rationality of the research results, I hope the research results of this paper can provide a certain reference for the construction of urban riverside green roads in China. In order to avoid the past in the planning and design of riverside green road errors, hope that in the follow-up study process, more scholars can join the study of urban riverside green road, the principles proposed in this study. The process and method are supplemented and revised, which contribute to the construction of urban riverside green road in our country.
