辉腾锡勒风电场草原生态系统健康评价研究

【摘要】：论文以辉腾锡勒风电场草原生态系统健康评价为主线,利用内蒙古年鉴、乌兰察布年鉴、内蒙古自治区省级气象站、遥感影像、野外调查等方式获取研究数据,分别从组织结构、恢复力、生态系统服务功能、活力、环境条件五个角度对1995、1999、2005、2010、2015年研究区域草原生态系统的健康状况进行了定量评价,进而分析了生态系统健康变化的驱动力,为风电场建设和草原生态系统健康保护提供理论依据。论文采用层次分析法和生态系统服务价值分析两种方法:在生态系统服务价值分析方面,发现研究区在20年中生态系统服务价值呈下降趋势,尤其在水源涵养和废物处理方面下降明显。在层次分析法方面,发现研究区在1995-2005年生态系统健康状况缓慢变差,在2005年-2010年从Ⅱ(较好)变为Ⅴ(极差),2010-2015年生态系统健康状况有所好转,从Ⅴ(极差)恢复为Ⅳ(较差)。风电场建设是生态系统健康状况下降的主要原因,而在2010年后风电场建设放缓,老旧风机停止运转,再加上当地大面积种植人工林,使研究区生态系统健康状况有所减缓,但仍处于Ⅳ(较差)程度。可以发现风电场建设在2005年前后有明显的拐点,同时研究区生态系统健康状况和生态系统服务功能也存在明显拐点。说明2005年之前风机数量和风电场生态系统健康之前存在平衡,在生态系统承载能力之内,2005年后这种平衡遭到破坏,因此健康状况骤降。因此将2005年风机数量作为研究区最适风机数量,在后续的草原风电场建设中作为参考。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the grassland ecosystem health assessment of Huiteng Xile wind farm as the main line, using Inner Mongolia Yearbook, Wulanchabu Yearbook, Inner Mongolia Autonomous region provincial meteorological station, remote sensing image, field investigation and other ways to obtain research data. Respectively from the organizational structure, resilience, ecosystem service function, vitality, environmental conditions from five angles of 1995 / 99 / 2005 / 2010. In 2015, the health status of grassland ecosystem was evaluated quantitatively, and the driving force of ecosystem health change was analyzed. This paper provides theoretical basis for wind farm construction and grassland ecosystem health protection. This paper adopts AHP and ecosystem service value analysis methods: ecosystem service value analysis. It was found that the value of ecosystem services in the study area decreased in 20 years, especially in water conservation and waste treatment.
