化学调控剂对玉米自交系成熟期水分和种子活力的影响

【摘要】:研究化学调控剂对玉米自交系成熟期水分和种子活力的影响,对降低玉米成熟期水分含量,减少烘干成本;针对大面积玉米种子生产,调节玉米成熟期时间,错期收获,减少烘干生产线的压力,扩大烘干生产线的服务面积都有重要的应用价值。筛选出能提高种子活力的化学调控剂,通过化学调控剂提高生产种子活力,从而提高种子质量。本研究期望通过对玉米自交系喷施化学调控剂,筛选出合适的化学调控剂、喷施时期、喷施浓度,为种子公司生产玉米种子服务。本研究用玉米自交系郑58、自交系PH6WC为试验材料,选择的化学调控剂是DA6(胺鲜酯)、DA6+油菜素内酯、DA6+乙烯利、DCPTA(缩节胺)、草甘膦,设置3个不同浓度和4个处理时期,研究化学调控剂对自交系成熟期水分、子粒百粒重、子粒化学成分、种子活力的影响。取得结果如下:DA6对降低玉米成熟期的水分不同地区和不同材料反应不同。在甘肃,自交系花后40天,PH6WC用2.667g/L浓度处理效果最好,水分较对照下降达10.058%;郑58用8.001g/L浓度处理效果最好,水分较对照下降达6.934%。在山东,郑58在花后35天,用2.667g/L浓度处理效果最好,水分较对照下降达9.485%。DA6对玉米百粒重的影响不同地区和不同材料反应不同。在甘肃,处理对PH6WC的百粒重影响不明显;郑58在花后40天,用2.667g/L浓度处理效果最好,较对照百粒重提高幅度最大值6.761%。在山东,处理对郑58的百粒重影响不明显。DA6处理显著影响玉米化学成分。DA6能够降低子粒淀粉含量,提高蛋白质含量。DA6能够显著提高种子活力。在甘肃,自交系在花后30天用5.334g/L处理效果最好,PH6WC较对照种子活力提高幅度达11.567%,郑58较对照种子活力提高幅度达15.387%。在山东,郑58在花后35天用2.667g/L浓度处理效果最好,处理较对照种子活力提高幅度达19.811%。DA6+油菜素内酯、DA6+乙烯利、DCPTA的作用和DA6的作用相类似,主要的差异之处是发挥作用的时期不同。草甘膦对降低玉米成熟期的水分不同材料反应相同。在甘肃,PH6WC在花后30天,用250mg/L浓度处理效果最好,处理的玉米含水量为21.320%,对照的玉米含水量为33.340%,较对照降低水分的幅度达到最大值为36.052%。郑58在花后35天,用250mg/L浓度处理效果最好,处理的玉米含水量为26.850%,对照的玉米含水量为36.470%,较对照降低水分的幅度达到最大值为26.378%。草甘膦对玉米百粒重的影响不同材料反应的趋势一致,草甘膦降低了玉米百粒重。在甘肃,PH6WC和郑58在花后30天,用250mg/L浓度处理,较对照降低百粒重的幅度分别达到10.536%和20.385%。草甘膦对种子活力的影响不同材料反应一样。在甘肃,处理对PH6WC和郑58种子活力的影响不明显。
[Abstract]:The effects of chemical regulators on the water content and seed vigor of maize inbred lines at maturity stage were studied. Reducing the pressure of drying production line and expanding the service area of drying production line have important application value. In order to improve the seed quality, this study hopes to select the appropriate chemical regulator, spraying time, spraying concentration, by spraying chemical regulators on maize inbred lines. In this study, maize inbred line Zheng 58 and inbred line PH6WC were used as experimental materials, and the chemical regulator DA6 was selected as the chemical regulator, DA6 ethanolactone DA6 ethephon DCPTA, glyphosate (glyphosate). Three different concentrations and four treatments were used to study the effects of chemical regulators on water content, 100-grain weight and chemical composition of seeds in inbred lines at maturity stage. Effects of seed vigor. The results are as follows: 1. The results are as follows: different regions and different materials have different responses to reduce the water content of maize at maturity stage. In Gansu, the inbred lines treated with 2.667g / L concentration of PH6WC at 40 days after anthesis had the best effect. The water content of Zheng 58 was decreased by 10.058g / L compared with the control, and the water content was decreased by 6.934g / L with 8.001g / L. in Shandong, Zheng58 had the best effect with 2.667g / L concentration at 35 days after anthesis. The effect of water content on the 100-grain weight of maize was different in different areas and different materials. In Gansu, the effect of treatment on the 100-seed weight of PH6WC was not obvious, and Zheng58 had the best effect with 2.667g / L concentration on 40 days after anthesis. In Shandong, the effect of the treatment on the 100-grain weight of Zheng58 was not obvious. DA6 treatment significantly affected the chemical composition of maize. DA6 could reduce the starch content of grain. In Gansu, the inbred lines treated with 5.334g / L at 30 days after anthesis had the best effect. PH6WC increased 11.567g / L compared with the control seed vigor, Zheng58 increased 15.387g / L compared with the control seed vigor, in Shandong province, the seed vigor of the inbred lines was increased by 5.334g / L after anthesis, and the seed vigor of the inbred lines was increased by 15.387g / L after anthesis. Zheng58 had the best effect with the concentration of 2.667g / L at 35 days after anthesis, and the effect of the treatment was similar to that of DA6 by increasing the vigor of seed by 19.811. DA6 ethephon. The main difference is that the period of action is different. Glyphosate has the same effect on reducing the water content of corn at maturity. In Gansu Province, PH6WC is best treated with 250 mg / L concentration 30 days after anthesis. The water content of the treated corn was 21.320, and that of the control was 33.3400.The range of decreasing water content was 36.052.The treatment of Zheng58 had the best effect with 250 mg / L concentration 35 days after anthesis. The water content of the treated corn was 26.850, and that of the control corn was 36.470, which reached the maximum value of 26.378.The effect of glyphosate on the 100-grain weight of maize was the same as that of the control, and the effect of glyphosate on the 100-grain weight of maize was the same as that of the control. Glyphosate reduced the 100-grain weight of maize. After 30 days of anthesis, treatment with 250 mg / L concentration of PH6WC and Zheng58 in Gansu Province reduced the 100-grain weight by 10.536% and 20.385, respectively. The effect of glyphosate on seed vigor was the same among different materials. In Gansu, the effect of glyphosate on seed vigor was the same. The effect of treatment on the seed vigor of PH6WC and Zheng 58 was not obvious.
