浙江渔场三疣梭子蟹的生长特性分析

【摘要】:三疣子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)作为浙江省重要的海洋捕捞品种之一,对于蛋白供应与海洋捕捞产业具有重要作用。多年来三疣梭子蟹遭到高强度捕捞,其资源受到严重破坏,而且近年来对于三疣梭子蟹生长的研究减少,特别是对其非连续性生长特性的研究更是鲜有报道。根据2015年5月至2016年5月在乐清海域、舟山渔场和舟外渔场渔业资源调查中采集的三疣梭子蟹样品,研究了此海域三疣梭子蟹的生物学特性及其季节变化情况,并与以往研究进行了比较。结果表明:在所采集的769尾三疣梭子蟹样品中,其甲宽分布范围为4cm~20.2cm,平均值为12.5cm;体重范围为4.04g~357.96g,平均值为116g;雌雄比为1:0.77,雌性个体占优。三疣梭子蟹体重(W)-甲宽(L)关系分别为:W = 0.06438L2.9111,W♀=0.0704L28772,W♂= 0.05923L2.9421;运用FISATⅡ软件进行数据处理,得出生长参数,建立von-Bertalanffy生长方程,三疣梭子蟹的v-B生长方程分别为:Lt=21(1-e-0.83-t+0.373))(总),Lt=21(1-e-0.72(t+0.449))(雄性),Lt=21(1-e-0.97(t+0.304))(雌性)。运用 LFDA 5.0(Length Frequency Data Available)软件进行数据分析,得出季节性生长参数,三疣梭子蟹的v-B季节性生长方程分别为:Lt=18.68[1-e[-1.55(t+0.07)-1.023/2πsin(2π(t+0.38))+1.023/2πsin(0.62π)](总),Lt=17.62[1-e[-1.19(t+0.75)-1.0472/2πsin(2π(t-0.01)+1.0472/2πsin(-1.52π)]](雄性),Lt = 17.65[1-e[-1.69(t+0.12)-1.7407/2πsin(2π(t+0.42))+1.7407/2πsin(0.6π)]](雌性)。结合岱山养殖场的观测数据和历史研究资料,进一步研究了三疣梭子蟹的阶梯性生长特性,建立了阶梯性生长方程,三疣梭子蟹的阶梯性生长方程为:Lt(L,min-Li,max)RAND+Li,max当t∈(ti,min,ti,max)RAND~N(0.5,0.29)。通过单因素方差分析发现,三疣梭子蟹的V-B生长方程、v-B季节性生长方程和阶梯性生长方程之间具有显著性差异(P0.05)。与以往的研究结果相比,三疣梭子蟹的参数α、b值偏大,b值更接近于3。季节性生长方程中参数K1,表明三疣梭子蟹的生长速度加快。同时,三疣梭子蟹的生长季节差异和雌雄生长差异明显,这可能受海域环境的变化、增殖放流、休渔制度以及雌雄性成熟早晚差异等多方面因素影响。今后在生物学研究的基础上,需进一步开展对三疣梭子蟹资源的评估工作,为其资源的有效管理提供科学建议。
[Abstract]:Portunus trituberculatus, one of the important marine fishing species in Zhejiang Province, plays an important role in protein supply and marine fishing industry. In recent years, researches on the growth of Portunus trituberculatus have been reduced, especially on its discontinuous growth characteristics. According to the data from May 2015 to May 2016 in Yueqing Sea area, The biological characteristics and seasonal variation of Portunus trituberculi in Zhoushan fishing ground and outside fishing ground were studied. The results showed that 769 samples of Portunus trituberculatus were collected. The distribution range of armour width is 4cm ~ 20.2cm, the average value is 12.5cm, the body weight range is 4.04g ~ 357.96g, the average is 116g, the ratio of female to male is 1: 0.77, and the female is dominant.
