平潭综合实验区海岛森林生态系统效益评价研究

【摘要】:海岛森林的建设成果与人们的生活质量息息相关,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对于海岛森林的建设也越来越看重。但是如何对海岛森林的建设成果进行合理的评价,还没有一个很明确的标准体系,我国在有关方面的研究也处于刚起步阶段。本文以平潭综合实验区海岛森林生态系统为研究对象,选取了城市森林绿化、城市森林结构和森林生态服务功能3个层次的12个指标建立平潭综合实验区海岛森林效益评价体系,采用层次分析法、专家打分法、实地调查和内页数据分析等方法对平潭综合实验区的海岛森林效益进行评价,得到以下研究成果:(1)通过建立森林综合评价体系对平潭综合实验区内海岛森林进行评价,最终得到的评价指数为0.6781,处于Ⅱ级水平,属于城市森林结构、布局较为合理,功能价值中等,建设程度中等的水平,相较于"十二五"规划之前,已经有了很大的进步,说明平潭综合实验区近几年在园林绿化方面做的努力小有成效。(2)通过德尔菲—层次分析法对平潭综合实验区各指标层进行权重分析,结果表明森林功能对于实验区的重要性最大,达到了 55%,这是由于平潭综合实验区地理位置四面环海,长年收到海风侵袭,气候环境较为恶劣,而海岛森林的生态服务功能能够通过调节气候、固碳释氧、涵养水源、防风固沙等方式为岛内居民提供较好的居住条件。(3)在对平潭综合实验区海岛森林进行评价时,二级指标层中城市绿化的得分最高,森林结构得分最低,说明平潭综合实验区森林的结构还不是很合理,近几年在园林绿化方面有量但是质较差,还需进一步改进。(4)在平潭综合实验区海岛森林综合评价体系的12个指标评价得分中,城市森林覆盖率和绿地率的得分超过了 1,高于国家园林城市评选标准,人均公共绿地也快接近评选标准,但是绿量的评价得分仅有0.29,远低于1,这是由于平潭综合实验区近几年对岛内进行了大量的补植,而树木还没长到成熟的年龄,导致城市绿量不够,具体的绿化效果还需要时间去检验。(5)在对森林生态服务功能进行评价时,同时计算了林木的立木价格。通过对比发现,森林的各个单项生态服务功能带来的收益都远大于其立木价格,最多的甚至达到20多倍,说明森林的生态服务价值远远大于其林木生产价值,也为森林保护提供了很好的依据。
[Abstract]:The achievements of island forest construction are closely related to people's quality of life. With the improvement of living standard, people attach more and more importance to the construction of island forest. There is not a very clear standard system, and the research on relevant aspects in our country is just in its infancy. This paper takes the island forest ecosystem of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area as the research object, and selects urban forest greening. 12 indexes of three levels of urban forest structure and forest ecological service function are used to establish the evaluation system of island forest benefit in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area. The method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert scoring method are used. Field investigation and inner page data analysis are used to evaluate the benefit of the island forest in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area. The following research results are obtained: 1) the island forest in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area is evaluated by establishing a comprehensive forest evaluation system. The final evaluation index is 0.6781, which belongs to the urban forest structure and belongs to the second level. The distribution is relatively reasonable, the function value is moderate, and the level of construction is moderate. Compared with the 12th Five-Year Plan, great progress has been made. It shows that in recent years, Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental area has made little effort in garden greening. 2) the weight of each index layer in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental area is analyzed by Delphi Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results show that the forest function is the most important to the experimental area, reaching 55. This is because the Pingtan comprehensive experimental area is surrounded by sea on all sides, and has been attacked by sea wind for many years, and the climate environment is relatively bad. The ecological service function of the island forest can provide better living conditions for the island residents by regulating climate, carbon sequestration, oxygen release, water conservation, wind and sand fixation, etc.) when evaluating the island forest in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area, Among the secondary index layers, urban greening has the highest score, and the forest structure has the lowest score, which indicates that the forest structure in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area is not very reasonable. In recent years, there has been a great deal of garden greening, but the quality is poor. In the 12 index evaluation scores of the comprehensive evaluation system of island forest in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area, the score of urban forest coverage and green space rate exceeded 1, which was higher than the national garden city evaluation standard. Public green space per capita is also close to the selection criteria, but the evaluation score of green quantity is only 0.29, which is far below 1. This is due to the large amount of replanting in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental area in recent years, and the trees have not yet grown to mature age. As a result, the green quantity of the city is not enough, and the concrete greening effect still needs time to test. (5) when evaluating the ecological service function of the forest, the price of standing trees is calculated at the same time. Through comparison, it is found that, The benefit of individual ecological service function of forest is far greater than its stand price, the most of which is more than 20 times, which indicates that the value of forest ecological service is far greater than its forest production value, and it also provides a good basis for forest protection.
