不同区域农业气候对灰枣果实品质的影响分析

【摘要】:海拔1700米以下的山区、丘陵或平原是枣的主要生长地。本种属于中国,目前亚洲、欧洲和美洲都有栽培。为了探究不区域农业气候因子对灰枣果实品质的影响,本研究通过对2013年-2016年灰枣栽植区的新疆若羌县、阿克苏市以及灰枣本种地河南新郑市整个生长期累年月温湿度、降水量、日照等11气候因子的基础上,利用“异地同等栽培比较法”分析三地气候因子和灰枣果实品质的相关性与差异性,并结合线性回归分析,建立两者之间的回归线性方程模型探究枣果糖组分含量、总黄酮含量、含酸量、Vc含量、蛋白质含量等17项指标与11项气候因子内在影响联系,并遴选出对灰枣果实品质指标作用显著的气候因子。结论如下:(1)累年月平均温度对枣果VC含量、单宁含量、游离氨基酸含量和总黄酮含量有促进作用,温度越高,枣果VC含量(单宁含量、游离氨基酸含量、总黄酮含量)越高,新郑尤为显著。阿克苏、若羌、新郑三地在1-3月和6-12月,累年月平均气温趋势为新郑若羌阿克苏;4-5月三地累年月平均气温趋势为若羌新郑阿克苏,而三地枣果单宁含量等为若羌最高。其中累年月平均日较差对枣果可溶性糖含量、VC含量、游离氨基酸含量和总黄酮含量有促进作用。(2)累年平均日照时长对枣果单宁含量、游离氨基酸含量和总黄酮含量影响有促进作用。三地累年月平均日照时长趋势为阿克苏、若羌远大于新郑,阿克苏与若羌相差不大,而果实单宁(游离氨基酸、总黄酮)含量为若羌最高。(3)累年平均相对湿度对枣果的含酸量和花青素含量有促进作用,对VC、可溶性糖含量有抑制作用,相对湿度越大,枣果含酸量和花青素越高,VC和可溶性糖含量越少。其中累年月最少降雨量对果实可溶性糖、蛋白质、单宁、总多酚含量有促进作用。(4)若羌受气候因素影响最小,较其他两地相比温度适中,降雨量少,日照时长适中,相对湿度小,但在主要的果实品质指标(可溶性糖、蛋白质、VC等)上较其他两地有明显优势。因此若羌(较阿克苏和新郑比较)为最适灰枣生长地区。
[Abstract]:Mountain areas below 1700 meters above sea level, hills or plains are the main growing areas of jujube. This species is cultivated in China, Asia, Europe and America. On the basis of 11 climatic factors such as temperature, humidity, precipitation, sunshine and so on in the whole growing period of Xinzheng City, Henan Province from 2013 to 2016, in Ruoqiang County, Aksu City and Zizyphus jujuba planting area in Xinjiang, this study studied the climatic factors, such as temperature, humidity, precipitation, sunshine and so on. The correlation and difference of climate factors and fruit quality of Chinese jujube were analyzed by using the method of comparative cultivation in different places, and the regression linear equation model between them was established to study the content of fructose in jujube. Total flavonoids content, acid content, protein content and other 17 indexes were related to 11 climatic factors. The climatic factors which play a significant role in fruit quality index of Zizyphus jujuba were selected. Conclusion: the monthly average temperature can promote the VC content, tannin content, free amino acid content and total flavonoids content of jujube fruit, and the higher the temperature is, the higher the temperature is. The higher the VC content of jujube fruit (tannin content, free amino acid content, total flavonoids content), the more significant Xinzheng is. The monthly mean temperature trend of Xinzheng Ruoqiang Aksu is that of Xinzheng Xinzheng Aksu from May to May. The content of tannin in the fruit of Ziziphus jujuba was the highest in Ruoqiang, in which the monthly average daily range promoted the content of soluble sugar (VC), the content of free amino acid and the content of total flavonoids. The effects of free amino acid content and total flavonoids content on the average sunshine duration of the three regions were as follows: Aksu, Ruoqiang was much larger than Xinzheng, the difference between Aksu and Ruoqiang was not significant, but the tannin of fruit was free amino acid. The content of total flavonoids was the highest in Ruoqiang. 3) the annual average relative humidity promoted the acid content and anthocyanin content of jujube fruit, and inhibited the content of VC and soluble sugar. The higher the relative humidity was, the higher the relative humidity was. The higher the content of acid and anthocyanin in jujube fruit is, the less VC and soluble sugar are. Among them, the least amount of rainfall in every year has a promoting effect on the contents of soluble sugar, protein, tannin and total polyphenols.) Ruoqiang is the least affected by climatic factors. Compared with other two places, the temperature is moderate, rainfall is less, sunshine duration is moderate, relative humidity is low, but in the main fruit quality index (soluble sugar), Therefore, Ruoqiang (compared with Aksu and Xinzheng) is the most suitable growing area for jujube.
