额济纳旗四种柽柳属树种种子萌发和嫩枝扦插试验研究

【摘要】:为了促进柽柳属植物资源的合理开发与利用,以多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb.)、柽柳(Tamrix chinensis Lour.)、细穗柽柳(Tamarix leptostachys Bunge)为试验材料,研究在不同温度、不同氯化钠(NaCl)浓度、不同聚乙二醇(PEG)浓度、砂床环境下种子萌发特性;试验分析了不同树龄多枝柽柳种子的种子萌发特性及其与抗逆性的关系;以多枝柽柳、柽柳、细穗柽柳和盐地柽柳(Tamarix karelinii Bunge)为嫩枝扦插材料,试验研究了插穗在不同激素(萘乙酸NAA、吲哚丁酸IBA和混合溶液NAA+IBA比例1:1)、不同激素浓度梯度(200ppm、300ppm、400ppm、500ppm)和不同处理时间(浸泡30min和速蘸2~3S)对嫩枝插穗生根情况的影响,筛选出最佳处理方法。试验结果表明:1.多枝柽柳在25℃时发芽率最高,发芽率为84.00%,NaCl溶液对该种种子萌发有抑制作用,当PEG45%时,对该种种子发芽有明显促进作用。2.柽柳在25℃时发芽率最高,发芽率为97.33%,NaCl溶液对该种种子萌发有抑制作用,PEG对该种种子发芽促进作用不明显。3.细穗柽柳在20℃发芽率最高,为77.33%;NaCl溶液对该种种子萌发有抑制作用。PEG25%对该种种子发芽有明显促进作用。4.通过多枝柽柳种子萌发试验中看出古树种子的耐盐和耐干旱性显著高于10~12年龄级种子。嫩枝扦插中四种柽柳属树种枝条基部插穗和上部插穗生根率无显著性差异,但综合生根情况基部插穗好于上部插穗。激素对四种柽柳嫩枝扦插有促进作用:(1)用浓度500ppm NAA+IBA混合溶液浸泡多枝柽柳生根率达到94%。(2)用浓度500ppm NAA+IBA混合溶液速蘸处理柽柳生根率达到80%。(3)用浓度500ppm IBA溶液速蘸处理细穗柽柳后生根率达到76%。(4)用浓度400ppm IBA溶液浸泡盐地柽柳生根率达98%。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the rational exploitation and utilization of Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb. Tamarix ramosissima Lour., Tamarix chinensis Lour. and Tamarix leptostachys Bungeg of Tamarix chinensis, Tamarix leptostachys Bunge. were used as experimental materials to study the different concentrations of sodium chloride and polyethylene glycol (PEG) at different temperatures, different concentrations of sodium chloride, and different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG) in Tamarix ramosissima, Tamarix chinensis Lour.and Tamarix leptostachys Bunge. of Tamarix chinensis. The characteristics of seed germination in sand bed, the relationship between seed germination characteristics and stress resistance of Tamarix chinensis seeds of different tree ages were analyzed, and Tamarix karelinii Bungees of Tamarix karelinii and Tamarix karelinii Bungees were used as cutting materials. The effects of different hormones (NAA of naphthyl acetate, IBA of indole butyrate and NAA IBA of mixed solution) on rooting of shoot cuttings were studied.
