【摘要】:基于嵌入式技术的测量与控制在现代工业、农业生产等领域有着极其重要的作用,而网络化、智能化是该技术发展的主要趋势。论文研究了一种基于嵌入式的无线网络数据采控系统,并应用于温室大棚环境。该系统解决了数据采集长期性、实时性与网络维护的便利性等问题,并且极大降低了传统网络布线的成本,具有非常高的经济适用性。系统主体硬件的实现是基于ARM9的Mini 2440开发板平台,传感模块是基于Zigbee技术,以满足采集、反馈和实时访问的要求。软件模块主要包括采控终端程序、开发板数据接收处理程序和手持端控制程序。系统将若干测控节点按照分布式中继(WDS)的模式进行组网,并将采集到的数据存于嵌入式数据库Sqlite3中,用户从PC或手机端通过WEB浏览器或者手持终端测控软件访问数据库,即可实现实时查询控制。论文提出的温室大棚无线网络数据采集传输的解决方案,经过实际搭建温室大棚网络测试,其性能满足了预定的数据采集和传输控制要求,操作便利,具有较高的经济价值。
[Abstract]:The measurement and control of embedded technology in the modern industrial base plays an important role in agricultural production and other fields, and the network, intelligence is the main trend of the technology development. This paper studies a kind of wireless network data collection and control system based on embedded system, and applied to the greenhouse environment temperature chamber. This system solves the data long term acquisition, such as the convenience of real-time and network maintenance, and greatly reduces the cost of traditional network cabling, can be very high. The system main hardware is ARM9 development board based on Mini 2440, the sensor module is based on Zigbee technology, to meet the collection, feedback and real-time access requirements. Software module mainly includes collecting and controlling terminal program, receiving board data processing program and control program.
