饲草样品采集方法及储存条件对检测值影响的研究

【摘要】:对牧草饲料进行营养价值分析,首先要保证所取到的样品是否具有代表性,能不能够代表所抽批次的整体生理生化指标,会不会在取得样品至开始检测这一期间受到储存条件的影响,干扰分析结果的准确性,是我们需要重点关注的问题。使用多年生豆科牧草紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)和一年生禾本科牧草燕麦(Arrhenatherum elatius(L.)Pressl),以及禾本科玉米(Zea mays L.)与禾本科苏丹草(Sorghum sudanensem(Piper)Stapf.)的混合青贮产品为试验样品,针对其每个采样面的样品采集和储存环节中所涉及的样品采集层面、采集分布点数、采集深度以及储藏时间、储存容器等五个因素,采用L16(45)正交试验设计,对上述条件下三种试验样品的营养物质和相对饲用价值进行分析,旨在为牧草饲料分析样品的采集和制备环节更加规范提供参数,使品质评价、营养价值的评定结果更加准确。以便减少在采集和储存样品过程中的不当操作,为检测结果提供客观、真实的检测数值。通过本研究得出以下结论:(1)原始样品的最佳采集方法是将草垛(或青贮窖)分上、中、下三层,每层取一个点确定采样草捆(或青贮样区),共三点呈对角线,苜蓿干草每个草捆(或青贮采样区)取样点数采用9点、燕麦干草采用3点分布方式采集,中大型草捆采样深度为40cm。(2)制备样品宜立即测定,在实际工作中储存时间不应超过30天,样品适宜的储存容器为自封袋。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the nutritional value of forage forage, we should first ensure that the sample is representative and can represent the whole physiological and biochemical index of the batch. Will it be affected by storage conditions and interfere with the accuracy of the results of the analysis during the period between the acquisition of the sample and the beginning of the testing, The mixed silage products of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) and Arrhenatherum elatiusi L. Pressli, as well as the hybrid silage products of Zea mays L. and Sorghsudum Sudanens Piper Stapf.were used as experimental samples. According to the five factors involved in the sampling and storage of each sampling plane, such as sampling distribution, collection depth, storage time and storage container, the orthogonal design is adopted. The nutritional matter and relative feeding value of the three experimental samples were analyzed under the above conditions in order to provide parameters for the collection and preparation of forage forage analysis samples and to evaluate the quality of the samples. The assessment of nutritional value is more accurate in order to reduce improper manipulation in the collection and storage of samples and to provide an objective test result. The best way to collect the original sample is to divide the haystack (or silage cellar) into three layers, one point in each layer to determine the sample bundle (or silage area), which is diagonal at three points. The sampling points of each bundle (or silage area) of alfalfa hay were 9 points, and that of oat hay was 3 points distribution. The sampling depth of medium and large bales was 40 cm. 2) the sample should be determined immediately. The storage time should not exceed 30 days in actual work. The suitable storage container for the sample is self-sealing bag.
