济南市仁里村三生一体的绿色乡村设计研究

【摘要】:21世纪以来,我国开始关注乡村人居环境的发展问题,现仍处于探索阶段。2005年国家提出了建设社会主义制度下的新农村,连续14年,中央一号文件关注“三农”问题,农业发展及乡村人居环境建设得到各界人士的瞩目。农业作为乡村发展的根基,是乡村人居环境发展不可或缺的板块,因此,将农业发展与人居环境建设同步考虑,协调发展势在必行。构建“生活、生产、生态”的三生一体绿色乡村人居单元,有助于从根本上解决乡村人居环境发展难题。本文以代谢视角,旨在解决引发农村生活水平低、居住环境品质差、农业生产荒废的根源问题。通过对代谢城市、代谢乡村、生态村等理论学习,国内外生态村发展模式实例调研及分析。对山东省济南市历城区仁里村进行实地调研,对该村现状基本情况、代谢模式等进行梳理,对调研内容进行量化分析,设计资源代谢系统构建及基础设施,使得村域范围内生产、生活及生态三者协调发展,减少人居单元对外界的依赖度形成自给自足的循环空间。与城市不同,农村拥有大量耕地,从代谢角度探讨乡村问题,更具优势。通过对农业生产要素和农村生活及生态要素的科学配置与合理重构,以适宜的乡村物质经济水准的生态技术设施为桥梁,使能源在村庄范围内有效循环,最大力度的平衡区域内产出与消耗,同时最大限度减低生活、生产垃圾的排放。有望探索出一条更加积极有效的改善乡村人居环境之路。论文中研究生产系统涉及的内容主要是农业生产中的种植业及养殖业,以及与其有物质流通的相关副产业。提出与生产空间、生活空间相配套的、以生态农业为组件、以养分转化为核心,连通生产系统与生活系统的乡村绿色人居单元重构,立足农业这一根本,通过添建农业设施、优化更新住宅、重构院落内容,把农业生产与农民生活、农村生态环境等乡村人居环境建设问题有机关联起来进行整合研究,进行生产、生活空间重构与优化设计。最终完成仁里村“三生一体”的绿色乡村研究设计方案。论文共分为五章。第一章绪论,主要阐述分析了课题设计动机、设计目的及设计意义,同时对研究范围进行了界定。第二章主要介绍了与设计相关理论概念。为设计奠定设计基调。介绍城市人居环境相关理念的提出与发展,分析乡村住区与人居环境的基本特点与发展优势。第三章设计创作构思,通过对仁里村进行现状解读,对相关资源进行量化分析,总结村庄发展现状,发现村庄自身优势,挖掘需要解决的问题。第四章设计方案总结,提出总体设计思想,整理设计目标、设计整体逻辑,进行代谢现状数据量化,同时完成代谢系统构建。完成三生一体的绿色乡村研究设计,进行方案表达。第五章结语部分,总结了论文主要研究工作与结论,并讨论了论文研究中存在的问题及进一步研究建议。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, our country has begun to pay attention to the development of rural human settlements, and is still in the exploratory stage. In 2005, the government put forward the construction of a new countryside under the socialist system. For 14 years in a row, the first document of the Central Committee paid close attention to the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers".Agricultural development and rural human settlements environment construction has been the attention of people from all walks of life.Agriculture, as the foundation of rural development, is an indispensable plate for the development of rural human settlements. Therefore, it is imperative to synchronize the development of agriculture with the construction of human settlements.It is helpful to solve the problem of the development of rural human settlement environment fundamentally by constructing the "living, producing and ecological" green rural human settlement unit.From the perspective of metabolism, this paper aims to solve the root causes of low living standard, poor living environment quality and wasteland of agricultural production in rural areas.Through the study of metabolic city, metabolic village, ecological village and so on, the development model of ecological village at home and abroad is investigated and analyzed.Through field investigation of Renli Village in Licheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, the basic status quo and metabolic patterns of the village were combed out, the contents of the investigation were analyzed quantitatively, and the construction of resource metabolism system and infrastructure were designed.It makes the production, life and ecology develop harmoniously in the village area, and reduces the dependence of the human settlement unit on the outside to form the self-sufficient circulation space.Different from the city, the countryside has a lot of cultivated land, so it is more advantageous to discuss the rural problem from the point of view of metabolism.Through the scientific allocation and reasonable reconstruction of agricultural production factors and rural life and ecological elements, the energy can be effectively circulated in the village by taking the ecological and technical facilities of the suitable rural material economy level as the bridge.To maximize the balance of output and consumption in the region, while minimizing living, production waste emissions.It is expected to explore a more active and effective way to improve rural human settlements.In this paper, the production system is mainly concerned with the farming and breeding industry in agricultural production, as well as the related sub-industries with material circulation.The paper puts forward the reconstruction of the rural green human settlement unit, which is compatible with the production space and living space, takes ecological agriculture as the component, takes nutrient transformation as the core, connects the production system with the living system, and bases itself on the fundamental of agriculture, and through the construction of agricultural facilities,Optimize and renew the house, reconstruct the contents of the courtyard, combine the agricultural production with the farmer's life, the rural ecological environment and other rural human settlement environment construction problems to carry on the conformity research, carry on the production, the living space reconstruction and the optimization design.The final completion of the Renli Village, "three Health one" green rural research and design program.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the motivation, purpose and significance of the research. At the same time, it defines the scope of the research.The second chapter mainly introduces the concepts related to design.Set the design tone for the design.This paper introduces the concept and development of urban human settlements, and analyzes the basic characteristics and development advantages of rural settlements and human settlements.The third chapter designs the creative conception, through to the Renli village present situation interpretation, carries on the quantitative analysis to the related resources, summarizes the village development present situation, discovers the village own superiority, excavates the question which needs to solve.Chapter four summarizes the design scheme, puts forward the general design idea, arranges the design goal, designs the whole logic, quantifies the data of the metabolic status, and completes the construction of the metabolic system at the same time.Complete the three-life green country research design, the program expression.The fifth chapter summarizes the main research work and conclusions, and discusses the existing problems and further research suggestions.
