向日葵列当室内寄生体系的建立及列当枯斑病病原菌的分离和鉴定

【摘要】:向日葵列当是一种寄生性种子植物,严重的危害向日葵的生产。本研究以向日葵列当为研究材料,在室内条件下建立并优化了室内列当种子萌发和寄生体系,并利用该体系对部分向日葵品种的抗列当水平进行了鉴定。同时,利用柯赫氏法则对田间采集的向日葵列当枯斑病的病原菌进行了分离和鉴定,结果如下:1.田间采集的不同生物型的向日葵列当,其花的颜色、花序形状、花序之间节数均不相同;同时,还采集到了具有分支的向日葵列当。2.扫描电镜下观察的结果表明列当属的不同种种子的形态存在着一定的差异,但是同一种下的不同生理小种的种子大小和形态比较相近。3.室内条件下对向日葵列当的发生规律进行研究的结果表明土壤不同的PH、含水量、不同土质对向日葵列当种子的萌发和生长都有一定的影响。其中弱碱性土壤、土壤含水量在10%-20%的沙壤土有利于向日葵列当种子的萌发和寄生。4.通过比较三种列当种子室内萌发和寄生体系确定了滤纸培养法是一种快速而高效的列当种子室内萌发和寄生的方法。5.利用柯赫氏法则对田间采集的向日葵列当病样进行分离和鉴定,确定黄瓜枯萎菌(Plectospharella cucumerina)是导致向日葵列当枯斑病的病原菌;致病力分化的结果表明,来源于向日葵列当的黄瓜枯萎菌在番茄、向日葵、向日葵列当上存在致病力分化现象。
[Abstract]:Sunflower is a kind of parasitic seed plant, which seriously endangering the production of sunflower. In this study, sunflower was used as the research material to establish and optimize the indoor seed germination and parasitic system under indoor conditions, and to use this system to identify the resistance level of some sunflower varieties. The rule was carried out to isolate and identify the pathogen of sunflower leaf spot disease in the field. The results are as follows: 1. the flower color, inflorescence shape, and the number of nodes are different in the field of different biotype sunflower. At the same time, the result table of the sunflower with sub branches under.2. scanning electron microscope is also collected. There are certain differences in the morphology of different species of seeds, but the size and morphology of the seeds of different species in the same species are similar to those of.3.. The results of the study on the regularity of the occurrence of sunflower under indoor conditions indicate that different soil PH, water content and different soil are different to the seed germination and growth of sunflower. The weak alkali soil, the soil water content in the 10%-20%'s sandy loam is beneficial to the sunflower seed germination and the parasitic.4. through comparison of three kinds of seeds indoor germination and parasitic system, the filter paper culture method is a fast and efficient method for the germination and parasitism of the seed,.5. use Coch. The rule of law separates and identifies the sunflower litre samples collected in the field, and determines that the Cucumber Fusarium Wilt (Plectospharella cucumerina) is the pathogen causing sunflower leaf spot disease. The result of pathogenicity differentiation shows that the Pathogenic Differentiation of Fusarium wilt derived from sunflower is the pathogenicity differentiation of the cucumber, sunflower, sunflower and sunflower.
