外源褪黑素通过改变抗氧化酶活性和光合作用相关基因的表达改善咖啡干旱胁迫耐受性

咖啡是仅次于石油的世界第二大贸易商品,深受世界各国消费者的喜爱。咖啡属于茜草科植物,全球约有124种,其中栽培咖啡主要包含小粒咖啡(Coffea arabica)、大粒咖啡(C.liberica)和中粒咖啡(C.canephora三种类型。为了缓解世界人口日益增长的压力,稳定粮食生产可持续发展尤为重要。然而,耕地面积的限制以及干旱、盐碱、极端温度和生物胁迫等众多因素对粮食生产构成了严重威胁。因此,提高作物对不利生长环境的耐受性对于确保作物高产稳产非常重要。干旱胁迫是影响农业生产的主要非生物胁迫因子之一。对于咖啡而言干旱胁迫已构成影响产量的主要环境因子,严重时能导致咖啡产量下降约80%。因此,提高咖啡树体的抗旱能力是保持咖啡稳产的重要条件。褪黑素对植物在非生物胁迫和生物胁迫下所表现出的生理生化变化的调节作用已被广泛研究,但其对咖啡植物的作用及机制却鲜有研究。为此,本研究探索了外源施加褪黑素对小粒咖啡耐旱能力的影响,以期为改善咖啡抗旱性提供理论基础。主要研究结果如下:1.叶面喷施或土壤喷施100μM的褪黑素能明显提高咖啡树体的抗旱能力;2.干旱胁迫能加速咖啡叶片中叶绿素降解、电解质渗漏、脂...
