关于日本法律教材汉译问题研究

【摘要】：翻译是一门有自身建构、系统性和科学性的独立学科,但早期的翻译研究较少关注非文学文本。这影响了翻译学科的完整性,有必要对非文学翻译进行了解完善。而法律文本的翻译作为一种代表性专业性翻译,它与文学翻译有很大的不同。我们需要按照文本类型来选择合适的翻译策略。本翻译实践报告结合法律类文本的特点,运用奈达的动态功能对等翻译理论,探讨了法律文本的翻译策略。本报告主要包含以下四部分内容：第一部分为翻译实践总体描述,简要介绍了本次翻译实践的背景和缘由、翻译对象文本的选择以及性质和特点。第二部分为翻译实践过程描述,详细记录了包括译前准备、翻译过程、译后审校等翻译前后的整个过程。第三部分为翻译案例分析,运用相关的翻译理论,对原文和译文进行了比较分析,解决翻译实践过程中遇到的具体问题,达到翻译理论与翻译实践相结合的目的。第四部分为结论,对此次翻译实践进行了总结,简要讲述了译者关于此次翻译实践的心得体会。
[Abstract]:Translation is an independent discipline with its own construction, systematicness and scientificalness, but early translation studies paid less attention to non-literary texts, which affected the integrity of translation. It is necessary to understand and improve the translation of non-literary texts, and the translation of legal texts, as a representative and professional translation, It is quite different from literary translation. We need to choose appropriate translation strategies according to the text types. This translation practice report applies Nida's dynamic functional equivalence theory in combination with the characteristics of legal texts. This paper discusses the translation strategies of legal texts. This report mainly includes the following four parts: the first part is a general description of translation practice, which briefly introduces the background and reasons of this translation practice. The second part describes the process of translation practice, including pre-translation preparation, translation process, post-translation revision and so on. The third part is a case study of translation. Using the relevant translation theories, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the original text and the target text, solves the specific problems encountered in the course of translation practice, and achieves the purpose of combining translation theory with translation practice. The fourth part is the conclusion. This paper summarizes the translation practice and briefly describes the translator's experience in this translation practice.
