翻译补偿视角下的《蛙》日译研究

【摘要】：目前,补偿翻译的研究越来越受到重视,许多学者在这方面已经做出了大量的研究工作。翻译的损失是文学翻译中的一个不可避免的现象,补偿翻译是弥补这些翻译损失不可或缺的且行之有效的翻译方法。小说《蛙》是作家莫言的代表作之一,此作品突出体现了莫言小说的语言风格。莫言作品中蕴含的魔幻现实主义风格反映到作品语言上,使得小说语言体现出强烈的地域性、民俗性和时代性特征。作为译者的吉田富夫究竟是如何处理《蛙》中大量的异域文化要素,在翻译过程会遇到哪些困难,又是如何向日本读者展现作品语言的地域性、民俗性和时代性?本稿基于翻译补偿策略,列举实例,以原著《蛙》和日文译本为研究对象,从翻译损失产生的原因、词汇和语法方面来研究日文译文中翻译补偿的原则与对策。本稿分为五个部分。具体如下:第一章介绍了补偿翻译的定义、手段、原则,考察了对补偿翻译的先行研究,以及对《蛙》翻译分析的可能性。第二章考察翻译损失的产生与原著风格之间的关系,通过翻译的可能程度进一步认识《蛙》的语言风格。第三章考察举例说明《蛙》的词汇补偿的应用,研究其中使用的翻译补偿的原则和策略。第四章研究语法的翻译补偿的应用,分析其原则和策略。第五章总结各章要点,再次强调了补偿翻译策略在传达作品的异域文化氛围方面的重要意义。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more attention has been paid to the study of compensatory translation, and many scholars have done a lot of research in this field. The loss of translation is an inevitable phenomenon in literary translation. Compensating translation is an indispensable and effective translation method to compensate for the loss of translation. The novel Frog is one of the representative works of Mo Yan, which highlights the language style of Mo Yan's novels. The magic realism style contained in Mo Yan's works is reflected in the language of his works, which makes the language of novels embody strong regional, folklore and epochal characteristics. As a translator, how does Fufu Yoshida deal with a large number of foreign cultural elements in Frog, what difficulties will he encounter in the process of translation, and how can he show Japanese readers the regional, folklore and epochal nature of his works? Based on the translation compensation strategy, this paper gives some examples and studies the principles and countermeasures of translation compensation in Japanese translation from the causes of translation loss, lexical and grammatical aspects, taking the original "Frog" and its Japanese translation as the research object. This draft is divided into five parts. The main contents are as follows: chapter 1 introduces the definition, means and principles of compensatory translation, and examines the research on compensatory translation and the possibility of translation analysis of Frog. Chapter two examines the relationship between the loss of translation and the style of the original work, and further understands the language style of Frog through the possibility of translation. Chapter three studies the application of lexical compensation in Frog, and studies the principles and strategies of translation compensation. Chapter four studies the application of translation compensation in grammar, and analyzes its principles and strategies. Chapter five summarizes the main points of each chapter and emphasizes the importance of compensatory translation strategies in conveying the exotic cultural atmosphere of the works.
